Maybe they are just trolling. Its no use to get worried right now. Just play the game for yourself and then you can judge. Everybody has their own definition about how a ending can suck ;)

Though I am curious as to what role Daniel Cross will play. I think he'll have an epic showdown with Dezzy Boy with a thunder storm going on in the background with ominous latin chanting as the final boss of the game. That would actually be pretty sweet.

I actually think that this is a possibility. Either way, I know the ending will be nowhere near as much of a mess as ME3. Why? Because Ubisoft actually plans the ending, then writes the story out backwards, not like Bioware, which has the writers make sh*t up as they go along.

Exactly. So far the AC writers have shown what they can do. Besides the majority of AC 2's team worked on AC 3 while another team worked on Brotherhood and Revelations. And everybody loved AC 2 the most.

In the end I won't care how it ends. Just as long as it stays in context with the game.

I honestly think it will. Desmond is the key to preventing the sun from shifting magnetic polarity, so he will prevent it without some glowy god child appearing in the last ten minutes of the game.

Eh, the AC story already started getting iffy with the end of AC2, Brotherhood, and Revelations (to a lesser extent). At least by this point, I'm used to how wacky their plotlines get. It simply comes with the territory.

I'm sure the worry has crossed their minds after the ME3 debacle, but I doubt they're going to have the same level of outcry, if only because the game doesn't promise a wide variety of endings. Still looking forward to see how things turn out, though.

I heard that the Frontier is going to be 1 and 1/2 times bigger then the entire map of Brotherhood. Just the Frontier. Excellent!! Have it pre-ordered...played every AC game in order.

It's believable. Venice had huge advertising in AC2 and that didn't open up until halfway through either. Absolutely loved that city.

Ubisoft has said in an interview somewhere that a potential AC 4 won't necessarily move further in time; they may even go back all to way to feudal Japan

Some American on youtube called Fusioncap is uploadiing an AC 3 Let's Play. He got it way earlier than it's supposed to come out over there.
