since October 22, my backups on the cloud are gone
I had difficults to connect to ea servers, and after had a message saying another computer was connected and i chose to disconnect it to play and save but after my backups on the cloud and my pc are gone. I have just backups before the march 22.
Any helps ?

Support response: impossible to recover a previous backup.
I do not see the point of having a backup on cloud aside to play on different computers .... it's not for me, so, I disable it.
Now, is anyone else able to connect with my user data? I do not think and rather a problem on their servers, and I had the misfortune to update cloud backups on my pc that were more recent. What is strange is that the problem has been a 22/10 and find myself with a backup from 22/03.
So better do a double backup pc regularly for safety!
