I don't know why you drag your feet when it comes to fixing your game. You see that there are a hundred threads about Dragoons being OP, you subtract one and you think that fixes something. I wish they were smart. I wish they hid behind cover and tried to take you down, not charge like idiots just because they move too fast, do too much damage, and don't think.

Stop nerfing guns and characters. Stop making the enemy tougher instead of smarter. Change your store to buy what you want. I wish hospitals worked they way the store does in this game so you could understand how frustrating it is. "Oh you need eye surgery, well swipe your credit card, 99,000, please wait... you got a kidney transplant and lvl 4 colonoscopy."

Do you get why people are leaving now, and will drop off considerably in the next few weeks?

I find it funny that people complain about Dragoons (or any type of enemy) being 'too hard'. Just simply get better at the game.

They are part of the challenge, but if you, or anyone else, isn't up for it then there are other difficulty settings that might be more suited to your liking.

They have some bull**** philosophy where that makes it so the majority of player are suppose to suffer. The Devs don't even really play this game or like it. They admitted this before a week ago.

With respect, plenty of people are fine at the game and are doing their goddamned best. When people complain about difficulty, they're talking about Bronze and Silver. Wanna feel like a badass? There's an app for that: it's called Gold and Platnium.

So take your "get better at the game" and shove it where the sun don't shine. With respect, of course.

The only real problem with the Dragoons are their spawn rate, other than that there perfect

This is a team game. TEAM. I cannot make my team do better or have better judement. I can communicate, but I can't make them dodge or think or react in an appropriate way to adapt to a specific enemy. I can't make them go online to the guides and advice and learn from the community. I can't just say, "get better at the game" and expect it to magically happen.  My team went down last game to 2 dragoons and 1 phantom. I surivived and tried to pick up the pieces. This is how many games have gone since the DLC. I do the best I can. My friends all left this game because they were bored and hated the store system. I sympathize. I love the lore and ME and all that, but I can't have more than one voice to fix a problem in this game, and I can't make Bioware read and understand problems they dont' see or don't want to see.

Hahahahaha!  OP wins the forum. This is the funniest thing I've read on these boards for weeks.

You know, it's pretty bad that after the buff the hawk missile launcher got, it's still worse than carnage.  And they nerfed devastator mode.  Why even use the destroyer?  He's slow and can't roll.  Worthless character now.  Glad I've been playing around with my not as much used characters because I knew this was going to happen.  And the demolisher is not as demolishy anymore.  Those are poopy nerfs.

WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO NERF THE GETH INFILTRATOR?  Bioware consistenly ignores the most overpowered character and nerfs the fun characters.  I seriously don't get it.

My manifest is open feel free to look.

The gameteam does have over 100hr + of their own personal time on average. This does not include our own test server.

People will always say things are out of balance off the start, until they figure them out. Its like saying a rubix cube is impossible, then once you figure out it becomes almost trival.

My statement still applies: increased skill makes challenges seem less so.

This fact has been proven across history. It's a completely indisputable fact.

The Dev's actually DO play the game. There are repeated posts of them here on the forums looking for games and announcing their live ID's, gamertags and pc usernames. You do not seem to be as in touch as you seem to think you are.

And while I don't consider myself a bad ass, I typically only do gold or plat PUG's and will regularly solo silver or bronze when the fancy strikes me. I see little change in the challenge of gold or platinum even with the new enemies, but rather I see it as a change in tactics.

So many players got used to camping FBW or to other easily repeatable tactics since the enemy types never changed. Now that the enemy composition has been altered, so must our way of playing.

It is the people who are frustrated that their old methods of playing no longer work as well who are complaining the loudest and, for the most part, the least constructive or purposeful.

I don't usually complain about difficulty and I do think that part of the difficulty with the collectors is that they're new, BUT. I counted 5 Scions in the extraction wave of a bronze this morning. Arguably the toughest unit in the game right now. 5. On Bronze. That feels like something is wrong...

Well, there's this.

Here's what our thoughts were on difficulty:

Bronze:
An introduction to MP.  A brand new starting team with new accounts
should be lucky to make it to wave 3.  That was how it was at launch and
that is still how we view it.

Silver:  For veteran players with haf-decent gear and some levels under their belts.

Gold:  For the absolute best with maxxed equipment.  This is NOT meant to be easy at all for even the best players.

Platinum:
Is simply added for people who want to show off and need a challenge
well beyond Gold.  This is NOT meant to be easy by any stretch and many
deaths SHOULD be expected and extraction?  Well, GOOD LUCK!

The part about them not playing/liking the game, however, is a load of crap.

To be fair, Dragoons aren't hard, to the easiest cerberus unit besides the trooper to kill in the game, the problem with is how fast they move (armored units) and how they attack in a group (3 Dragoons are really annoying).  I don't know how much of a difference subtracting one will bring, I would think the best thing would to just have a limit on how many can spawn initially, but we'll see what happens.

So, let me get this straight. You work a fulltime job, where you spend a great deal of your time and energy on this game, and you still played this game for over an hour a day in your own free time?

People, if there are developers that don't like the MP, Mr.Johnson sure isn't one of them.^_^

So yes from my own home play I can't comment on the collector SMG, Paladin or the Typhoon.

I'm sorry, but the fact that Derek thought that a team of level 1's with level 1 weapons should be lucky to make it to Wave 3 on Bronze either makes me want to laugh or cry.

And the team having an average of 100+ hours is great. Spectacular. Lots of regular joes have average times over 250 hours, and they say the same thing about enemies on Bronze and Silver, Geth and Collector units, being overpowered pos's.

And no, it's not because we haven't "figured it out" We know how the freaking game works. We know how to take down Scions and Praetorians. We know how to flank Dragoons. IT DOESN'T MATTER. Not when you're doing a hack on London and there are 4 Scions, two of them possessed, hitting you with bolts that would make a Prime cry out in jealousy, denying you of shields AND tossing grenades at your feet, ALL AT THE SAME TIME, while God Help You if you're using Powers, cuz those Seeker swarms would like to say hi, and so would Collector Captains and their ilk are power aiming you with assault rifles that act like assault Sniper Weapons. Mashing the Ops pack button don't help when by the time the game finally picks up on the fact that you requested the use of an Ops pack that you paid for, well you're dead anyway. But as a way to soften the blow, there goes your ops pack. OOPS. Better luck next time.

Nobody is saying they don't get the game or don't like it hard. We're saying there's a bloody place for that kind of insanity and it's called GOLD. With all the kits and weapons and items in the game, the time and frustration it takes to run a Silver match, a SILVER MATCH, is NOT worth the PITTANCE you make on Bronze and Silver, and thank you very much for the 10% Extraction bonus, but when you can't even get a Full Extraction on the lower difficulties at times, well it don't matter dick.

But hey, I'm just one guy who's not an awesome-sauce player rawkin' level 10 Ultra Rares, so what the crap do I know?

Decide who you want this game to be for. Hardest of the Hardcore or everyone. Dispense of the very laughable notion of difficulty levels alltogether if you really can't put in more of an effort other than "Just figure it out. It'll come to you one day and then you'll be rawkin Platinum like a baws!"

Just because the people who are complaining about it are still playing it doesn't mean they're still having fun.

/Rant

P.S: Speaking only for myself, I've never been a damn camper in this game, so stop suggesting I should get used to note camping. Please and thank you.
