I counted. And a couple of Praetorians but frankly, they're the easy part. I consider the Scion the most dangerous unit in the game right now. This seems wrong to me, as does the feeling that the Collectors are the toughest faction while Reapers are the weakest.

Hopefully the enemy 'budget' for Collectors on later waves might get looked at soon. Any thoughts?

Extraction waves, do not really have an enemy budget so enemies will typically not stop spawning. Particular enemies on the other hand sometimes have a cap to how many can spawn in a wave.

5 Scions at once would not have happened, but 2 scions at once and then they respawning as they get killed, that I can see.

Incorrect. I've noticed a couple times, that enemies seem to spawn in replacement to others. As an example:

I was playing on gold>Rio>reapers. Wave 7 started off normal, but halfway through, EVRYTHING was cannibals. The game was freezing and everyone was freaking out. Glitch indeed, just saying that enemy numbers are being messed up

In that particular case yes it would be theoretically possible, although I would expect to have a Marauder. For the most part only 1 type of enemy is capped for number of times it cna spawn in a wave.
