I'm trying to use Gibbed's Dragon Age Save Generator to make imports. I activated the developer console, and I can use runscript zz_vault_debug to see my import information. With the debug command, I can see which import flags are set incorrectly. I also downloaded the GFF editor, so now I'm trying to figure out where the import data is and how I can alter it.
I read in one thread about import editing that if you open Program Files/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/data/2da.rim in GFF, you can see the plot flag ID numbers. However, I don't seem to have that .rim file, so I'm stuck since I don't know what ID number corresponds to which import flag. Is there a list of ID numbers for the plot flags somewhere that I could use?
Question about editing import flags in GFF

No worries friend. There is a "mod" on the Nexus. Made by Rogue Lass it comes with instructions for altering the imports in the save editor.
http://dragonage.nex...s.com/mods/3535
It's aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the way at the bottom
"Tutorial- Editing World Vault."
Looking back and forth at the numbers/meanings gets irritating after a while though.

Thank you for the reply. I managed to find the 2da.rim file on my own.
Bodahn still isn't confirming my import choices in his dialogue for one of my save files but otherwise everything seems to be working properly.

Have you tried the import fix mod for DA2, I just needed it to partially, not really fix Zevran's romance import so i'm not sure of the other changes or if they work.
I'll go look for it in case you haven't.
Edit: Here

But i'm not sure if it will help...looking at the notes...:IM
Meh, I don't think that's going to work. What exactly isn't Bodahn recognizing?

When Bodahn talks to Hawke about the Hero at the beginning of Act I, his dialogue cuts off right after "We did not fight at the Grey Warden's side, of course" when he should add, "The Hero of Fereldan is a fine woman. After all her accomplishments, may she find even greater success." It has me worried that something isn't carrying over properly.Alexandrine Delassixe wrote...

EDIT: I may try that import bug fixing mod, because on another save, even the console isn't recognizing that the Warden slept with Morrigan (not part of the Dark Ritual).

If you used the Save Generator...I think the only thing wrong with it was the "Human is always dwarf" thing. But I can't say much on it...I don't talk to Bodahn at all.
Your Warden is...not Queen? Just a Gray Warden?
Haven't played the game in a bit but...I'll go and check some of my saves.

I'm not using the Save Generator at this point, actually. Since I had to learn how to edit in GFF to fix the racial problem, I ended up scrapping the Save Generator alltogether, choosing one of the default imports, and then editing that.Alexandrine Delassixe wrote...

The save I'm trying to replicate had a female mage Warden who romanced Alistair and became his chancellor/mistress. When I imported that save (on the PS3 version) Bodahn referenced her correctly.
On another note, the import fix mod did cause some changes. The debug console now correctly flags that my male human noble Warden slept with Morrigan. Interestingly, the console shows two romance flags for Alistair. Before I used the import fix, one was set and the other was not. Now they've switched. Strange.
