 So, since I've started playing this game again recently for the new classes and what not... I've had this glitch where I can't fire, reload, use a power, pick up ammo, etc after I've been downed and been revived or revived myself. I can still move, melee, and take damage.

I think I've also figured out that if I melee an enemy if fixes it... 

anyone else come across anything like this?

Yes it happens to me often! Using heavy melee tends to fix it. : )

I haven't personally had it happen, but I have had friends in the same game have the glitch. from what I understand heavy melee fixes it.

This happened in my last match on Ghost. On wave 10 two fellow squad mates got downed and I couldn't revive them or shoot/use consumables.

I think it has something to do with the Volus using shield boost. I've only had it happen when there is a volus on the team and it's only happened when the Volus boosts my shields. Heavy melee does usually fix it.

Interesting. Maybe it happens when you would've normally died but the volus shield boosted you just before death? Maybe the game things you're dead, so it doesn't let you do anything. lol

IDK. 

It's just really annoying.

this happend to me today with the asari justicar on firebase rio while playing platinum but yes the heavy melee does get rid of it so its not all bad but very annoying
