i sold my dragon age origins ultimate edition (PC). how dose the new owner get the dlc. do i give him my EA account email and password? or do i just delete my account and let him start a new one?

This is not really a tech issue but rather one for customer service. Try help.ea.com.
Generally, however, I believe DLC is ties to the specific user account that redeemed it and therefore cannot be transferred.
