[Doctor Uburian]

In 100 years almost everyone will be still alive (No synthesis), for various reasons.

1: Humans live more less 150 years

2: We don't really know the life spawn of some races (Turians and Quarians by example), and we suppose that they live as long as humans, but they can live longer (or less). I have always thought that the quarians could live a lot of hundred of years, because of their advanced adaptability and biological symbiosis with the fauna.

3: Even on destroy, the galactic community will gain a lot of tech from the reapers, and that will probably increase everyone's life spawn.

4: In the control ending, they will probably live forever, because "Shepard looks after them"

5: In Synthesis they are as durable as EDI or the Geth (Basically as an LOTR Elve)

Anyway, this is just my opinion. Your memorial idea is really well done.
