I stopped posting much after the ending 'fix' didn't really fix anything to be honest. I read now and then 'just in case' something changes but no longer holding my breath. Then there are others like my partner who hasn't even glanced at anyting ME after playing #3 just once. I barely even have any interest in any future ME stories after this one. This is not hating, just wishing things where different.

Yeah, pretty much this.

To be fair, as opposed to a kiss up fanboi.

If BioWare makes something amazing, say Dragon Age 3 doesn't suck, then they might actually increase their chances of people forgetting what a cank job they did with ME3s ending.  Then gamers, angsty but probably fickle at heart and with hope springing eternal, will maybe pick up ME4 (or whatever you want to call this nonsense).  And if they don't totally screw up sales of those things, they'll go on, and be able to wave their miniature flags that say they were right all along.

If they totally blow sales on DA3 and whatever abomination they concoct for ME 4, they'll still be waving those flags.  But with a crowd of 10 fanbois at a convention instead of hundreds.

If General Westmoreland can have never admitted being wrong, then anyone can.  It just takes a thick enough skull.  And for a lot of people (and companies) being wrong and sticking to your guns is a lot more important than being successful and changing your mind.

Speaking of Westmoreland, here's a quote:

"I haven't yet figured out how I was made first captain, because I was not an outstanding student. I was an adequate student."

'William Westmoreland

Funny you say that because that is exactly what you're like.

Sorry, but where the hell did that come from? I don't remember GimmeDaGun ever being an ass to anyone on here, unlike you, who do nothing but throw insults at random people and Bioware. What's your deal?

You will have link these "insults" I threw.
Because I think you're lying.

It's funny how it's the pro-enders that are usually the arrogant, rude and downright offensive posters....

I've said this time and time again, the pro-enders tend to be a lot nastier and delusional than the ending haters. Yes there are nasty ending haters out there. No ****. I'm not ignoring them.

But how many times have we seen pro-enders tell people to get off the forums, or call people babies?  Yeah it's been 7 months, and most people have moved on, but that doesn't mean they aren't allowed to voice their disapproval with the direction the series went whenever they please. More importantly, if they wish to do so, who's gonna listen to them? Not many people. That's why the BSN is the place to do it.

I can see where pro-enders are coming from when they want people to stop complaining about the ending, but at this point they need to accept the fact that the criticism is never going to go away. The best thing they can do is create a private group if they want something that's 100% fullproof against complaining.

They should also learn that the people who are still here obviously still cares, while the one who left don't care anymore.

Which is why they need to stop with telling people to leave

Same here. I've lost interest in the game a long time ago. I haven't even finished it. I just don't have any interest in playing it anymore. I don't have very much time per day to play computer games, so I'd rather spend that time playing games I don't find pointless.

How'd you find out you thought the game was pointless without finishing it?

Imma say the same thing about these forums that I said about the political parties.

**** the enders, all of them are too entrenched to their ideology, to the point that I think they're pretty much married to them, and neither side can possibly show me anything that outweighs the crappy aspect of both sides.

I'm going neutral.

Alan C9, you mad bro? Image IPB

Note, I didn't mention names....

I think blind fanbois identify themselves, anyway.

These forums used to move at FTL speeds, but after the EC most people just gave up and moved elsewhere.

Yep.  I'm surprised that the MP gets pretty active.

I wanted to love ME3, it was one of my most expected games ever. I wanted to convince all my friends to buy the game (or even the whole trilogy) so we could talk about how our respective Shepard's stories played out.

I didn't love ME3, there was just too much wrong with. At times I hardly even like it. None of my friends have played it, and I won't and can't convince anyone to get invested in the ME universe anymore.

The point I realized there was no point in coming to the BSN as regularly as I did before was when I returned after some time to finde the "One last plea"-thread locked. Damn...

This hurts me soul...

I know exactly what you mean.

MP is fun, especially with the new additions to it with the retaliation dlc and the once a week new character release and hazard map rotation.

As for being neutral, All you need to do is look at both sides, take a critical and skeptical look at their actions and positions, than say "screw this I'm out".

Wow, Alan C9, I got you!

Are you identifying yourself as a blind fanboi? I mean, I wasn't, but you seem to insist in heading that direction.

Damn me for giving you credit where you are seem to be telling me it isn't due!

Yeah, we're done here. This forum is to discuss the campaign and story of ME3, not whether other users are really a big fan or not a big enough fan or too big of a fan.

Locked.
