Hey everybody new to the forum but if you could help me with a few questions it would be much appreciated. So a few things to know about me is that if I re-but DAO for my computer (have 360 version) it will be my first major computer game. The reason I want to but DAO for my computer is user-created DLC and am wondering if I buy the Mac version will the user created PC dlc work for the mac game (don't know how code works). If you don't think the mac os will be able use the dlc i can always run it on windows in bootcamp.
Another question is can I hook up a computer controller and play the game? I know it will be awkward and most probably abhor the idea but my hands do better with a controller.
Lastly how hard is it to install user created dlc? Is it easy for noobs like me to mess it up. Is it possible for me to completely mess up the game trying to install files. Again thank you for answering.
Have a Macbook but wondering should still get PC Version?

DA:O for mac is rubbish. I have both the Windows and Mac versions and even on Low/Low settings at 1920x1080 I get major input lag on the Mac version even in small battles.
On the windows version I run all settings at Max detail + Frame buffer effects with zero lag even in the final massive battles. Plus you are able to buy DLC from the site, installing mods is easier with the windows tools etc etc.
With regards to mods on the mac version you can get all the mods working but it is not quite as simple where the mods are in dazip format.
