How about HSol's get TC and ARush gets buffed to give 2000 shields as baseline? And ARush gets further buffed to always have a 3 second cd regardless of weapon weight?
Also: ARush gives 100% of base shields. My builds don't take duration evo on ARush anyway.
You must not play HSol with a ****post like that.
