For those who play UUP matches, the majority of players are either the Geth inf because IT is hugely overpowered while being invinsible half the same, the Ghost has slightly less power but still deals incredible damage with his immortal packs making him indestructable, generally he will only go down near the end of a round to save supplies or insta kills

if any class needs nerfing, lets be honest, deep inside, it is those two....


i would guess the demo and destroyer are overused in the game data. GI won't get nerfed because its not a tank.

Thing is, I don't know about you but I actually enjoy other classes, if there was a way of looking at stats of characters used, my least were probably Ghost, GI and destroyer, why? because they were OP

the most I used were Adepts and humans because they were UP

but we need to be real, in terms of INF, the GI and Ghost have pretty much killed everything else, they can do everything the others do but way better

both must face nerfs asap, hopefully next week

I don't know what game you're playing, but in my PUG's, I NEVER see a GI, and rarely see a Turian Ghost. I do see tons of Krogans, Batarians, Quarians and Drell.

And I don't see anyone crying to nerf them because they're used by people.

edit: speaking of Gold, this is more or less the only difficulty I play. With rare Platinums in between.

I can understand the shield restoration being nerfed on the Turian Stim Packs, but I don't want the shield thing gone altogether. Doing that would make the Stim Packs yet another Adrenaline Rush/Marksman/Tactical Cloak, and he already has one of those.

I plat plat mostly and gold

yeah, I am on about plat and them being OP, not gold, any class is good enough for gold, which is why a wide range of players use them

Plat requires lots of teamwork, thus you saw people switching to OP classes so they don't need as much

all some are asking for is a little balance change, something to either buf the rest or nerf these two to bring them on equal grounds

The GI is a glass cannon but the Ghost probably does need a bit of tweaking.

Good lord, you elitists are still on about this.
Look, the concept of the character is powerful, though I have a hard time believing that PUGs are goint to spam him with Grenade Capacity V and Harrier X. You'll see him more commonly used with some mild-leveled Phaeston.
Try playing him with one or two other grenade-guzzling characters on a map that doen't have many nades and watch your "immortality" plummet.
As for exaggeration, the best I have seen was "can take down a Gold Atlas in one Harrier clip".
Getting tired of this subject.

Somehow, your challenges would add up to max 11 Platinum games since Retalitation release, and a wastly bigger number of gold games. Afaik, that doesn't qualify as "plat mostly".

I admit I've been using the Turian Ghost a lot recently, but my Harrier runs out of ammo extremely quickly, so I end up losing mobility as I'm practically physically attached to an ammo box if I want to fire my gun for more than ten seconds, not counting reloads.

Besides that, Overload isn't exactly a powerhouse, so I'm viewing the Ghost more as a case of "doing one thing and doing it well". The Destroyer has his missiles and amazing grenades-- both CD-free-- allowing him to carry two heavy-hitting weapons, and the Ghost has CD-free Stim Packs and a bonus or two to Assault Rifles only.

Even with Stim Packs, I still die PLENTY. It would perhaps be fair of them to get a small nerf, but I'd rather see other (older) characters get a scootch more powerful and avoid this weird power creep we have going where the newest characters are almost always a little ahead of the curve.

Dude its all about tactics, in terms of sheer dps, you are doing the most damage in the game, even with those little pit stops

how do you die with the stim packs plenty of time lol?

Say what? I can tell you 5 weapons which are incredible on him and I am sure there will be more....

it is not right for him out perform every offensive and fair to say defensive class in the game...

I find it downright fascinating to see all these people here calling for nerf x of this and nerf z of that. The "best" has to have been 'we see too many of XX and ZZ classes so they're obviously overpowered and unfun on the game..'

Balancing is a good thing, but this not that, we have outright cries to make this class/weapon weaker and others calling for more nerfs on classes/weapons that have already been nerfed and every person calling for them is an expert.

Isn't the game supposed to be...you know....fun? That is the nature of co-op (or at least I'm told) its a matter of people working together to kill the bad guys in a game or is this a matter of it's co-op but that really means you're actually more concerned with who's got the better kill count.. That is the theory at least...

Smells a little bit like Ogre and a little bit like Orc. Can't place it though...
Ghost is too new to nerf, and there would be collateral damage with OL & Stimpacks. The only thing they could touch would be the AR bonus in rank 6 of TC without hurting any other character.
