FYI, the patch supposedly fixed a character starting with or being promoted and having the first power assigned. Just got my Asarie Valkyrie which had a point assigned already. Not sure which character it was, but saw another with a point assigned after promotion (I do recall that the one that still incorrectly put 1 point in was approximately the 3rd row of powers, not first).
