After installing Retaliation DLC I noticed my achievements from Ashes and Leviathan were gone and I'm wondering if I have to re-acquire them or they will be gone for good ('till Omega DLC that is) ?.

Explain what you mean by "gone". Did the achievements magically re-lock themselves? I don't see how that's even possible on Xbox.

UPDATE: I've played the singleplayer campaign, did Priority: Eden Prime and guess what. It still wouldn't unlock.

EDIT: Scratch that. All the DLC achievements unlocked itself after I re-started my xbox although it's locked in my N7 HQ page.
but that's a different problem altogether.
