Krogan Hulk (Soldier)
(is green, wears purple pants, shouts "Puny alien"!, whenver he gets a melee kill)

Powers:
Gamma-Strike (Similar to havoc strike, but the krogan pounds the ground with both fists while he lands)
Gamma-Grenades
Fistwave (crashes his fists together to generate an omnidirectional shockwave)
Frenzy (when performing three melee kills within 30 seconds the Hulk can pick up dead mooks and beat other mooks with the corpse)

Not a super hero at all, but still funny.

Krogan Heavy:
(wears a bulletproof vest, has a paintable shirt that covers his arms, has Gary Schwartz as voice actor and shouts "YOU ARE DEAD, NOT BIG SURPRISE" at the end of a wave.)

Powers:
Sasha: Turns your primary into a minigun. You are almost immobile while moving and the spread even beats the one of the Avenger I, but the damage....well. Poor banshees.
Sandvich: The krogan heavy is caught in a nomming sequence, restoring his shields and health, making him faster and do more damage. It has 30 seconds cooldown.
Overheal: The heavy krogan gets a temporary 1.5x shield boost that decays over time. It can only be reused if depleted.

Drellman - Drell Infiltrator.

Powers:
Drell-Lasso: Thrown around the feet of Drellman's enemies to tie them with a composite-nylon cord. Often causes an escaping opponent to trip. With the push of a button in Drellman's glove it can deliver an electric shock.
Collapsible Hanar Blade: Sharp enough to cut through a Geth Hunter. Resembles a Lightsaber.
Drellrangs: Customized sharp objects that, when thrown, explode on impact to create huge tech bursts.

Fitness: Putting points in Melee also gives him a built in device that will allow him to go invisible for long periods of time (up to 10 seconds if spec'd correctly), and will give him a large damage boost for all powers and weapons. Think Turian Ghost Tactical Cloak on steriods.

Outfit: Cape and cowl.

THE DRELL FLASH (VANGUARD)
(wears read spandex)
FLASH - works like charge, except, it leaves a burning trace behind, all enemies that walk through that trace, take incendiary damage
TORNADO - superfast rotating at a fixed point creates a biotic field that twirls the enemies that are caught in it, upwards, can be detonated on a second activation (like Annihilation Field)
PHASER - When activated before melee, the flashs fist phases into the enemy body causing internal damage and eventually make them explode

Throw in Taurian style jetpack movement, and a slight tendency to monologue while bloodlust is active, and this could also work for Archangel.

Iron Man Vanguard:
Obviously Iron Man Armor, you pick your own colors :)

Powers:
Arc Phase Disruptor: More powerful due to Arc Reactor
Biotic Strike: Combination of Havoc Strike and Biotic Charge for more force and damage
Swarmer Missiles: Launches a barrage of small missiles to hit multiple enemies

Passive:
Jarvis AI: Various aim and power upgrades
Arc Reactor: Increase Melee and Shields

Heavy Melee:
Palm Blast: Sends a surge of power to palm repulsor sending lesser enemies flying.

Edit: overpowered, yes but this is a super hero we are talking about :wizard:

I haven't played it, dood, but  I know the Disageaverse pretty well, dood. I, Captain Gordon, Defender of Earth... am not really Captain Gordon, Jennifer, or Thursday.

Also:

Pepsidrell: The Running Hero (link to Freelance Astronauts LP of the game)

Refresh: Shoots Pepsi out of his right arm to restore the health of all non-volus levo teammates, or the left to restore the health of turians. Has a cooldown proportionate to how much Pepsi is sprayed, much like Tactical Cloak or Flamer.

Dash: Gains a burst of speed even greater than sprinting - losing control is definitely a risk. Cannot be done when being chased by a Banshee for some unknown reason.

Slide: Used after a dash, this sliding tackle has enough power to batter down walls, but not construction workers or Guardians.

Foreign Corporate Icon: While recorded on Earth, despite the species of the main actor VI rendering, Pepsidrell's exploits are only used to advertise to Irune - ironic considering his signature power does not work on volus. This has no bearing on this passive, which mostly serves to improve Pepsidrell's sprint speed.

Fitness: Improves health, and how long Dash lasts (stacking with Dash's own passive boosts in the talent)
