I have to express a bit of disappointment; trying to level N7 weapons, and adding a new one just makes it harder.

And as someone else pointed out, having to have taken part in an op previously to take part in this one is a bit of a odd thing.

My modded save file for single player disagrees. And Devastator Mode =/= the whole Destroyer. The Hawk Missile Launcher power got a buff.
