Doesn't look like we are guaranteed to receive a Valkyrie. The blog only says: "The N7 Valkyrie assault rifle will be added to the list of possible commendation pack items." I completed with Eagle and received a commendation pack with a Crusader in it. Not sure if the Valkyrie is a limited time weapon that we can receive only on this weekend. I wish it were possible to earn another commendation pack to try my luck. *sigh*

i thinked that we will get it if we will done , but got that n7 crusader 1 so actualy not bad ,but maybe next week will get that n7 valkyrie, anyway i done chalange with n7 eagle turian soldier

I soloed a bronze game and was shocked to see I didn;t get the necessary ponts. (Only 43,000 out of 75,000 or so.) Seemingly concussive shot does more damage than I thought Got it the next game in silver. Weapon i got was the valkayrie. Decent weapon but a finger fatigue weapon as well.

Valiant VI why whyyy do I keep getting this gun for the last few challenges straight, was hoping for the gun or even the eagle or crusader. That means I have to wait another 5 weeks to hopefully get something new unless they start giving me the hurricane for the next 8 weeks. Thought this was suppose to be random

I got the Eagle V, I feel as if Bioware wants me to use the Eagle and only than will i get another Hurricane. I must test this theory of mine so i dont get another Eagle next weekend

Challenge related: Completed in two games with my Crusader. Got an Eagle I.

Well, at least I use the Valiant for stuff, so number IV will be useful. Wanted to chech the Valkyrie though.

Hey guys, only just signed up to the forum, go easy on me please! 

Only really dabbled in ME3 multiplayer until recently, despite having the game since launch.
I barely get the time to play games at weekends due to having a young family and such, but for the last 2 weekends (after reading about them on here mainly)  i thought i'd participate in some of the weekend activities.

Unfortunatly coulnd't last weekend due to not having a Krogan (have them all now, been a busy bee during evenings last week)  which i thought was fair enough since i'd hardly played MP.
This weekend i had hoped to be able to try again, so after packing the kids and hubby off to bed i fired up ME3 after reading the splash screen i thought i'd check over here to see what the commendation weapons are....and darn it, i needed to have played last weekends mission to be able to play this one.

So... was wondering, if one of you wouldnt mind answering a couple of questions.

Is there any other way i can get these guns other than via the pack i couldnt get last week, or evidently...this week either?

Will there be more challenges like this that all require previous weekends of gameplay, or can i expect to be able to play some ops in future even if im not a regular weekender?

Am i missing much? from the little i've read here so far the weapons seem a bit ...meh anyhoo?

Well, you can be at ease.  This has been the only weekend mission that's Required a commendation weapon. They've always been a reward. So no there isn't another way.  Any other weapon (now) can be gained through the various in game packs. And also, so, you should be able to play upcoming missions without a problem.  The one has been a bit different in that regard.

Each weapon has it's strength and weakness.  There really is no Ultimate "BFG" that does everything perfectly.  As you play, you'll find the style that you enjoy best and you'll get the hang of how to build characters that suit that style across whatever class you play. and/or you'll learn to diversify your style accordingly.

I feel you with your family. I'm in the same boat and normally only get an hour of play or so.  Welcome to the Forums, Cya on the field.. wiat.. no I won't ... I'm on Pc, not Xbox. ..well GL out there anyways! .
