So, starting ME2 on insanity because that's the last achievement I need.

I started on insanity a few months ago but got stuck on the Collector Ship with the floating platforms and Harbinger had me rage-quitting. [I was a soldier]

This time I'm going to try Infiltrator.

Any suggestions as to how I should build my character or take out Harbinger when I get to that extra annoying bit in the campaign?

I'm going to try and stretch out getting Mordin as long as I can so I can get my level up.

If you have Kasumi, bring her along. Make sure she is spec'd into Improved Flashbang. That will neutralize Harbinger for ~50s on average.
