Haha, your crutch was barely nerfed so now you gonna lead the charge on Ghost nerf.

As for your insulting manner, I don't rightly give a damned what you think. I build my Ghost 6/4/4/6/6 spec'd for melee because that's what I like doing. I get up in the faces of bad guys and make them swallow thier teeth. You can call me liar or say my build sucks or whatever, but its effective for how I play this game. Still, you can check my N7HQ and see I've played about 7 games with this kit and over 100 games with Krogans, Batarians and Vorcha. I've used the Havok more than the Ghost because I like that style.


Keep crying if you want to, but at least be honest about your motives and inspiration. You don't give a damn about balance, you just want other peoples kit nerfed because your crutch got ammo capacity reduced and you are seriously butthurt over it.

Considering the huge backlash that Bioware got for nerfing the destroyer and demolisher, I think they will look at this really carefully before they do anything. Anyways, the character is way too new to nerf. The Destroyer and Demolisher have been out for 3-4 months and now they nerf it.

Seriousy Optimisticalman, this is at least the 2nd thread you created to nerf the Ghost. Give it a rest. BSN already knows your position and frankly, most don't care. Bioware probably knows your position too. Maybe you need a 1 month ban for repeatedly creating threads of same topic.

I really dont understand these people who thinks its their duty to **** up other peoples fun. How does it effect you in any way if a character is "overpowered"? Did someone outscore you? Is your ego bruised? Now you feel its your duty to get this chararacter "fixed". People like you make me sick.

Judging by that video "proof" you're emotionally compromised and no longer fit for duty.

The Ghost is powerful, I don't see an urgent need for a nerf tho.

Grenade gear and the synergy w/ harrier in particular are the things that work perhaps too well. But we've known for a looonng time now that gernade gear is GREATLY over-budgeted, and it is true that he still doesn't have the flexibility in monstrous offense builds that the GI has, as TGI's bonuses are more restrictive (AR and stability boosts only, vs. RoF, accuracy, and basic dmg increases of HM), nor has wall-hack, and if there's other grenadiers in the lobby TGI's max offense and defense potential becomes hampered as getting ammo box refills becomes much harder then.

All ur post incites is that one setup for him is 'too good' when he gets all the stims he can gorge; nerfing him or the setup broadly based on that is, then, simply poor form and bad balancing.

As for THavoc- he may be collateral dmg in all of this, but he should get buffs (and glitch fixes) to havoc strike regardless of the TGI's state, and cryo blast is still a power that the devs may want to consider adding more to (part of the reason the Havoc isn't seen as an offensive monster is because one of his powers simply isn't for upfront damage nor can detonate combos).

But my question is, even if the character is overpowered, how does that negatively affect anyone?

He makes the game too easy and not fun for you?
Why don't you not use him?

Or they make it difficult to get any points if you play a round with them?
Why not avoid playing with Ghosts?

If this game was players being pitted against other players, I would understand. But it isn't.

Just FYI, bioware doesnt give a **** about nerf/buff threads, they do the testing internally and decide what classes to buff/nerf based on gameplay data. It was posted by bioware a couple of times. So yeah, our opinions don't matter, and I'm glad they don't. Tho these ragefests are entertaining.

One simple fact is the ghost is released for just 3 weeks, and many active players even don't have the characters yet.

Would you please just shut up for a period of time, at least allow most players have the chance to experience the"overpowered" by themselves?

I don't have harrier x and stuff like that, but i find it hard to believe that the ghost you use is still overpowered when there are more players who use grenades, or grenade wannabes
Also, what's wrong with a strong character? if you like to die every wave, and wipe at wave 6, use a volus, or a drell, or some other squishy character. It's a little bit shortsighted to complain and ask for a nerf when there is a character more durable than some others.
There are always characters at the top of the 'food chain' as well as there are the one's at the bottom. how else can you have balance? It's not about any single character, there are enough characters to chose from, next time you are playing take one with a little less shields and gimmicks to keep you alive and have fun, because that's why this game was made.

There's a difference between being at the top of the food chain and blatantly overpowered.
