I'm not saying it's Windows 8's fault, but ever since I upgraded, I can't stay connected to any MP games (if I can even get in to begin with).
For example: I join a bronze match with a buddy on the same network as me, we 2man the game for a while, but within a few minutes I get disconnected, but it takes the game client a few minutes to figure it out. I just stop being able to activate abilities, interact with the game world, etc.
Also if I try to host a game, once we get into the game itself (past lobby), everyone else gets dropped.
It all started when I installed Windows 8 Pro. Every other game I have seems to run just fine, but of course ME3 has issues.
I've already tried updating my graphics card and network adapter drivers. The game crashes if I try to run it in compatibility mode or elevated to administrator.
Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on here?

Update:
tried disabling IPv6, and stopped using a kroguard (cuz biocharge apparently can cause disconnects), got through a game, but then played another with the kroguard, and got DCed on round 7.

Not wireless, and I'm having the same issue whilst connecting to a game on the same network, where as he has no such problems.
Update: Just to make sure that wasn't a factor, I did a reboot of my router to clear the routing table. Still got DC'ed about half way through a game while playing a Fury.
