I really really really really doubt it.
Can we expect "Dragon's Dogma" or "God of War 3" style boss battles?

BioWare would have to do some serious reworking to their combat to get things like that to work. Since I'm not a programmer I have no idea what it is exactly, but the combat has never been fluid like action games. In ME3 for example, you can throw out a power and it will show it hitting the enemy, but it won't count because it hit them while they were in their dodge animation, whereas in a proper action game it would still hit them if they were dodging because it still connected with their body.
I'm all for combat changes, I just don't think they would change it that much with DA3.

I would love for Bio to adopt a combat system similar to DD's while retaining their own companion tactics. Problem is that it would require them to further actionize their combat system, and alienate an indeterminable portion of the series player base.

Since Bioware has been moving more and more towards action games now, i wouldn`t be surprised if we get bossfights like that in DA3.

I hope not, mainly because they wouldn't work with the current setup BioWare has, although Frostbite 2 might change that...
In any event, if it does happen, it depends on implementation. Kingdoms of Amalur should be looked at though instead of God of War, mainly because Amalur did that combat in RPG mechanics, which is a huge plus.

In my opinion it wouldn't work...at all. This is asking for an overhaul, not an addition.
Pretty sure my PC would explode if it tried to pull something like this.
DA, in the end, is optimized for PC. That might change (I HOPE NOT!) but the type of game DA is would require an overhaul of everything for an awesome scene other games already did (imagine the forum rage)
I, personally, found ME3 unplayable on the PC. The grabbing and other mechanics that this would require would be very, very hard to do for a PC player (without hooking up a controller, but at that point, you are only using a computer to have your extensive mods)
