[Dehumanization]

I loaded my recent save and realized that i was missing my Dragon Scale Armor i was wearing.  I did not mind since i found the Juggernut Armor and didn't really care (though later i got the breast plate back but all the other parts were back at the merchant at the camp).  What i do care about is that Shale was reset and i have to redo the whole mission again to get him again.  When i am at camp he is there, but when i click on him i get the dialog to activate him (the wrong chant) and i and shale fall through the earth.  So i think i lost all progress with him and i'm not going to even bother getting him back because i think i'm going to lose him again anyways.  So, why is it that after i redeem my code, download it and have it installed, an online error makes me lose all my progress with the DLC.  Great Job EA, way to screw over and mess up people who buy your game, and you wonder why so many people illegally download your games because they don't have to deal with these hassles that we who spent our money on have to worry about it.  Anyone know of a hack that can make it so i don't have to always be online and thus never have to worry about having my DLC reset?
