However what i do mind is :
Create unique memorable locations like:
Lake callenhad
Lothering ; it's windmill with the cracking sounds and the lake beyond it was very memorable
Brecialian forest with the Big tree beside the talking oak tree that rhymed!
Wounded coast although repeated was memorable to me.
Gallows was very well done. these statues and wall designs were great!
Some night locations in DA2 were good (whereas the day ones were not that great) and the light created quite some nice atmosphere. make something similar with night.
Outside Orzammar with the huge dwarven statue was very nice.
Ostagar the view from above , the korcari wilds and the tower of ishal.
just give us something memorable damn it and it all will be fine!

Title says it all, really. So far, it's been implied that Orlais will play a part, but it seems we'll probably be able to travel to places like Tevinter. Assuming this is true, where would you like to see?
Personally, I really want to see Kal Sharok. According to the codex entries and various things implied during the first game, it seems to be a much darker version of Orzammar, with a lot of isolationism and the inhabitants having done horrible things to survive. I'd love to see this alternative view of the dwarves, far more impacted by the darkspawn.
I hope to see a Val Royaux that is as gorgeous as Leliana's description of it.

Orlais sounds great, can't wait to see how they do a masquerade :3
Would love to see the Anderfels and Weisshaupt Fortress, though not sure how this would be fit into the game given that we aren't playing a Warden.
Kal Sharok, or discovering another Primeval Thaig
Would like to explore the Korcari Wilds a bit more, perhaps stumble into a Chasind camp
I'd also like to discover the ruins of Arlathan, or more remnants of the Avvar.
Would really like to return to Fereldan to the Mage prison of Aeonar, I've thought it sounded suitably creepy for an adventure since we first heard of it in Origins.
