Why do you want another vanguard if the bread and butter power (biotic charge) is still bugged out?

ting ting ting ting, you'r character stands still, takes damage and thinks about charging an enemy or not.

I could heavy melee with Blade Armor on, and soak up damage like a sponge with all the DR I have.  Also, I have very little issues while on host.  Though I do agree that it is still bugged out, but not nearly as bad as it has been before.

Vanguard with a Blade Armor should punch quite a lot of holes in the enemies with Charge.
Speaking seriously, Blade Armor should give some kind of damage bonus to Biotic Charge.

phantom killer, lash to bring them close, charge to stagger and finish their shields, then heavy melee+ blade armor for a finisher
