Not that its a big deal, but noticed that N7 HQ reports that I still have 8 achievements to unlock when I actuall only have one. Somewhere my xbox achievement list is not being communicated to the servers. Yes, the switch is on to send info to EA.

Having the same problem myself. The achievments for Javik and Leviathon aren't shown as being complete.

Same problem for me as well. All the Leviathan achievement are locked for me. But my XBox says they are complete.

Same here (still, there's an old thread about it somewhere). The achievements are also locked when I check them in game (accomplishments option). One time, went through the ending and they re-appeared in my accomplishments, but not in my HQ. The next time I played again, the were gone from my accomplishments again.

This happened to me, too. I haven't seen them in N7 HQ at any point that I can recall but they failed to appear in ME3's accomplishments menu, then suddenly appeared one day (perhaps I beat the game again when the so-called new endings were unveiled), and now they aren't there anymore. My X-Box shows that I completed them ... what's the deal, BioWare? Rescan, please!
