...Why the hell did they make the worst ending decision in DAO canon.

...I want that whining, childish, crap for brains little twit to stay dead. Anora is a bajillion times better.

If he was exiled and shows up drunk at the Hanged Man in Kirkwall, he whinges about his losing his "princely status". The hell? I thought he just wanted to be normal, wanted absolutely nothing to do with the fact that his Dad was a king. He even dumps his so-called "beloved" over it.

But Anora betrays you.... Don't her? Btw, I think Alistar is a good king. He was born as a bastard, joined the Wardens, saw his only family refuse him and so on while Anora was always a noble.

That's disappointing - I'll have to write the Warden about this unfortunate reality. I KNOW we'll be of like mind on the matter - and we'll have to do something about it.

Nope.

Also there is no canon.  Just because Alistair is King in the comics does not mean he will be King in your game.

First, it's not canon. And second, did the comics said if he rules alone or together?
And I'd say letting Alistair and Anora ruling alone are equally bad options, but that's my opinion.

SG is Gaider's canon, it won't be forced in your game. Think of it as an AU, if it makes you happy.

The question is - is Gaider's canon the same as Dragon Age Game canon?

There has to be SOME form of canon eventually chosen.

I just really hope it's never - ever - Alistair.

He and Morrigan were made for Dragon Age 2... while the rest seemed far more "grown up" to me. *shrugs*

Morrigan I just disagree with vehemently - but at least I can respect her consistency. Alistair is just a limp noodle through and through.

She only betrays you if you say:
1) You're going to kill Loghain
2) You don't support her.

The first is obviously not going to make her like you and the second is stupid because Alistair is a complete tool.
