AFAIK Radius on AF only affects the blast radius.
Range on AF increases both the radius of purging and the range at which AF will do damage and prime, confirmed by a Dev just after the Fury release-I really don't feel like searching for it but can if need be.

I used a Reegar Carbine X with the HVB mod + spare ammo, and Collector SMG with ULM and the magazine upgrade
Warp ammo IV
Cyclonic Modulator IV
Shotgun Rail Amp III
Shotgun Amp V.
I imagine it would have been even more hilarious if I had used Incendiary Ammo with Warp.

only issue i have with that is if the player doesnt know how to play like that, i dont want them to try, which leads to their death, and hurting the team, just cause ashen said to....

Anyway...I'm thinking of playing plat again and want to use the AS, my build is pretty similar to yours (I don't take recharge), Ashen Earth, except I use the wraith X and Adrenaline Module 3 on her. Will this work? Should I use CM 4 instead of AM3? On gold, I noticed I tend to survive more when I play with the enemies using the AM, but plat is another story.

It's because I combined the only class in the game that can stack multiple debuffs on an enemy, and ridiculous amounts of DoT with a weapon that takes full advantage of those debuffs.
If you think it's just the Reegar, feel free to make a video of yourself using a Human Enginer, or other caster without a debuff with a Reegar Carbine and kill a Banshee in about 6-7 seconds. If you can do that, I'll admit I'm wrong.
I guess even if you use harrier X it will require at least 12 seconds right? Even if so, still a nice build and guide.
You're missing the point.
The idea is that we have a caster class with single target damage output potential on par with Soldiers/Infiltrators, before you consider the fact that the two debuffs also increase the damage done by said Soldiers/Infiltrators and people are overlooking it because they think it should be played like the Fury since they share one ability.
My offer still stands, if you can prove that there is Sentinel, Engineer Adept or Vanguard lacking a debuff power that can kill a Banshee on Gold from full Barrier/Health in roughly 6-7 seconds with a Reegar Carbine I will admit it was the Reegar Carbine being showcased here, and I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Same thing that happens in many MMOs etc., but unlike here, there it actually works and probably is better, to some extent at least.
Sometimes I find myself having the builds suggested, other times mine is slightly different as I experimented with it and found it to fit my playstyle better.
There can be some wrongs, but many more rights. Just copying a build and a loadout won't make you a killermachine, if you aren't used to it or it is horribly broken.

People should in general play to their strengths. I tend to play the Valkyrie similar to a blend of Fury(speed, detonations) and N7 Shadow (how I pick the targets) and Vorcha Soldier (prioritising and melting armored units/phantoms).

My logic for movement speed is even if the field bugs out with the animation I'll know because my movement will be lacking so I don't run into mobs thinking it's on to detonate.
