Oh and a personal favorite. Remember when ppl thought multiplayer would die in month. It has now become one of the most popular co-op games, making them over double what the game itself made.

I remember the demo days. Asari adept was god(des) and everyone wanted one.
I remember my first match in after release too. Pulled an Asari Vanguard from my starter pack and jumped into a bronze game. Came up Geth, Glacier. We made it to some of the later waves but pyros eventually killed us. I certainly had no idea what to expect from the geth at that point heh.
I remember when everyone was convinced the claymore was garbage because vanguards couldn't use it.
