@Bio: Judging from the nude mods out there that have fangirl cliques cackling like dirty oul biddies, I hardly would classify Alistair's predicament as performance anxiety of all things ;)

@winde: Oh, great minds think alike :D

I am firm with my initial statement because he is just standing there and not dancing Bollywood style. He is rather fond of making comments about dancing in the nude, yet you have him just standing there. Thus he is all talk when its his time to man up and perform for the ladies. :police:

Poor Alistair...Posted Image
I'm wondering what would be Morrigan's reaction, if she was standing there?

Comic - Modding Misadventures: Alistair (Guest starring Lady Aeducan)
Description: Dear friends, spare a thought for Alistair before you install any of the numerous nude mods out there.

I'm not sure whether this one should evoke a "poor Alistair" or "lucky, lucky Alistair" Posted Image

(that said i did take pity on the poor males in my group, and much to their relief they're granted the less... shall we say, enthusiastic option, instead Posted Image

Well, tis' cold out there for ol' Alistair you know.
Warm him up in your tent might produce a more favourable, shall we say, result.

-edit- I must be getting old, methinks the lady actually means he's a walking tentpole. *facepalm* Curse my grandfatherly age of mid 20s ><

@Bio: Now, when you put it that way...Dance, Alistair! DANCE!

@originalSabZer: I bet some gals who installed the mod has the very same reaction as well ^_^

@Rovay: With Morrigan, it has to be pointing and laughing.

@tmp7704: Eheh heh! Could go either way, whether you sympathize with him or otherwise.

@ReubenLiew: If you're grandfatherly, then I'm ancient! XD;;

@Arduine: I hope you didn't get dirty looks from the librarian from that XD;;

Okay, posting a new comic I was working on and off for the past two weeks or so...

I so cannot see her endorsing the brother who doomed her to this fate (if he'd had his way) as king. But as usual, the artwork is stellar :)

That Monster comic is so amazing o_o

How can you make the chat bubbles be just the right size? :o I always have to draw them by guess since I draw everything with pencil and add the texts later. Do you draw the comics with computer or by hand?

Although creepy as the chant that Hespeth repeats is, I think this strikes every woman on a personal level. That this could be their very fate will probably haunt any female Grey Warden. . .

Good stuff!  I love your comics, very engaging.  :)

I love this comic Aimo! I've played a fem Aeducan but I never really thought about the what ifs, so the ending of your comic gave me the goosebumps, for real. <3

I discovered your creations on DeviantArt a while ago, great to find a topic with your great artwork here! :) I love the lampost card! XD The Monster comic is great too, in a most serious way. :) (My character hasn't met the broodmother yet, I had no idea where she came from basically... Quite awful thought... )

oh aimo that comic is so heart wrenching :( i agree with the above poster that this does strike most women at a personal level. it's rape int he worst way imaginable. not only defiled, but forced to eat loved ones, forced to become something out of nightmares only to birth more of the ones who desecrated the very being you were and unable to do anything. :( Poor Lady Aeduncan. :(

Your artwork is wonderful. I particularly liked the last one. I haven't played the dwarf origins yet but the idea of the broodmother distressed both of my fem elves a lot. Love the "Lamppost" greeting card.

Great work, as always! Keep it up!

I think that this dialogue with Alistair should be implemented in-game with every female Warden, after Broodmother fight\\whole Orzammar plot line. It just feels... right to be there.

I love your work Aimo. I too am following you on DeviantArt.

But this last Monster comic is awesome ! Like other posters have said this fate must haunt every female warden. But for the dwarfs, it's even worst, considering their past.

In fact, if the Grey Wardens know the truth (if we trust the codex, they do), when females wardens hear the calling it must be terrible for them to enter the deep roads... it is hard to even imagine that grey wardens still send women in the deep roads to acomplish their Calling. Maybe this is why there is so few women among them?

And if it's an other secret of theirs, if not all the grey warden are aware of this, well... I'm not sure it's a good idea.

(sorry for my poor english, not my native language)

Seriously Aimo...you and Sparrow are my heroes on DA. I might sound like a crazy fangirl right now...but I really can't help myself.

Going through the game there were about 100 things I looked at and went, "Why was there no dialogue?" You gave me the dialogue...

PS...your "Big Feet" comic...good lord, I nearly died. As I did with pretty much all your other Alistair work.

I love how you've put different parts of your characters' stories in pictures, and I only wish I could do the same for some things!  I don't have any drawing talent...I'm only good for siggys, backgrounds, and photo manipulations.

Bravo! I told Sparrow, and I'll tell you too. Do you guys do commissions?
