Never and No Death Scene!!
If they did let Liara die they should for Javik, Edi, Traynor and few others. I hate the idea, no death scene!! I know people are jealous of her. I personally didn't like they left her out in Mass Effect two but I understood shy and glad they didn't had her or the Originsl character, also remember everyone dies in couple endings I think like refusal.
