I recently bought DA, after redeeming my blood dragon armor and shale codes, nothing appears in my download content screen. although on my account it states that i have them unlocked, and in-game trophies i earn are updated. every time i open the download screen it says no content available for download.

I have the same problem, after redeeming the code for the stone prisoner nothing appeared in my available content. But it`s shown in my ,,registered game promotions,,. I redeemed the code accurate according to regulation. Now I added some points but they only appear at the ,,available content,, in the game menu....there is no content.

i had similar problem when i installed it, when i pressed the refresh button in the downloadable content screen, they appeared and downloaded

If are running the PC Version, redeemed DLC, and it shows under your registered game promotions, but does not download, check out the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ in the PC Tech Support forum for various things to try to get the download working.

Here the answer I got. I performed step 3 only and it solved all the problems I had. Now I can see all the dowloads available including the warden keep that I was able to buy! COOL!
If you have redeemed your Dragon Age: Origins pre-order code for DLC, but the DLC is still not available in-game, please follow the troubleshooting steps below in order to solve the issue:
Step 1: Make sure you are logged in with the same EA Account you used to redeem the DLC code.
- Try logging out and logging back in.
- To log out from the game menu, select Downloadable Content.
- Select the 'Logged In' option.
- Select 'Log Out' on the next page.
Step 2: If contents are not available after following Step 1, try re-starting the game by closing the game completely, then launching it again.
Step 3: If after following Steps 1 and 2, your Downloads page is still blank, you will need to start the Dragon Age Update Service manually.
You can find instructions on how to do this at the following link:
