I have to say I have a few things I would like to see.

* Both my old characters again,
* I love when they mention old characters I have interected with before in the past. Or even better meet them again.
* In my opinion the romance should be a must. Every girl deserves their guy :-D.
* See my old characters and their "partners" still together if possible.
* Fight alongside my new character and past 2 characters (if we are going to get a new character is the next game).
* Have more bigger, better thrills. Great story line and quests.
* Maybe see my characters have children. Maybe have a quest to save them, protect them or protect the mothers (my formor charachters), something along those lines. I think that would be very dramatic and exiting to see.
* Find a cure for the Wardens, that way my first character and her husband Alistair can have children and hairs to the thrown.
* See Morrigan and her son. Depending on what you choose and go through, he could end up trying to take the thrown, or leaving, wanting to know Alistair, anything like that.
* Oh and what I would LOVE is if we can control The hero (Warden), The champion and have a new character is if we can control what all of them say at the same time. So you know you can choose what your main character can say, well I think when all three of your characters (or even 2 if you have just 2 of them together) are traveling together, you can control what all three of them can say as well. I think that would be a great bonus :-). Some people have given their characters different personalities in their minds so this would be great to take advantage of that.
* If we can play with all 3 characters we should be able to use them near enough near the beginning of the game and not get them half way or near the end if possible.

Eer, there are a few more things but I'll list them when I remember them lol :-).

What would everyone else like to see?

* I want side quests that involve finding someone's lost knick knacks to be prompted by overhearing a conversation, like they were in Mass Effect 3, rather than like they were in Dragon Age 2, where Hawke would find something and magically know exactly who the owner of it was. I'm all about the little things that contribute to the overall sense of immersion.

Realistic party members that may relate to the plot, or better yet "normal" people instead of the misfits in the last one.

Way more role playing, an interesting storyline, realistic party members, realistic battles, realistic swords and armor, a balanced game, no repeated areas, no meaningless cameos, no cameos of dead characters, meaningful and deep sidequests, choices that matter, no morality choices where everything is black and white, better and more interesting romances, pretty much everything that was not DA 2.

Needless to say, what I've learned of DA 3 has drummed little interest for me.

Normal is a very relative and subjective term...

Very simple pleasures. They dragons don't even have to do anything special. They can just go...roar and I would be happy. Through, I would love if you could have a pet dragon, or be able to turn into a dragon. Sadly, the ability to turn into a dragon might just be a Flemeth thing.

I don't know if your intention was tongue in cheek, but your certainly made my day.

On topic, what do it want? More banjo on the soundtrack

EDIT: I should clarify, no half-assing with mandolins either. We know the difference Bioware, and we the gamers want banjo.

With Frostbite 2, I am interested to see what will the Devs do with the Fade this time. Possesed with a graphics engine that, from what I've the heard, is almost intimidating in how maleable and powerful it is, I hope that the Fade is much more visually and intellectually interesting than it was from previous titles.

I only just finished reading Asunder and I am intruiged by the thread that links the Fades appearance to the memories and mindset of the dreamer. The parts with Wynne reliving the seige of Denerum and another character reliving childhood trauma were exactly what I hoped the types of scenorios taking place in the Fade would involve. If somehow the Fade were made to differ dramatically, based on the choices Sherlock or her/his companison make (or whoever the dreamer is) finally then the Fade would live up to its billing, in my opinion.

Lol! That sums it up. Ooh having a pet dragon, that's an idea. Yeah my second characet Hawke was a mage and I wanted her to turn into a dragon. But sadly no :-(.
