bought the Ultimate editon from steam and all the dlc content doesn't work, having forked out the cash for this i'm a little pissed to discover i'd have been better off to save my money and not buy the dlc, if i cant fix it i wont ever be buying bioware game after this

This is simply dumb...It will let me create a new char while logged in, altho all my DLC won't be available...Servers work fine as long as you don't attempt to utilize the extras you paid for...Now ain't THAT a thing to ponder?!?

Ok, yesterday I could play but now all DLCs are Unathorized again.... So its my problem of is problems of the bioware servers? ( ithink some like that I read)
When bioware will fix this *** s**** of bug for the steam users

Well, none of my stuff is unauthorized but now my character is stripped naked from her armor and weapon due to it being part of the DLC stuff. I hope they get this fixed. I would love to be able to finish my game /sigh.

Also getting the issue with The Stone Prisoner and the Blood Dragon Armour DLC showing as (Unauthorized), though everything else like the Lucky Stone and Embri's Pockets is working. Kinda a problem cause all three of my characters use this DLC and I can't load any of my games!

i doubt they'll fix it soon i cant play at all none of my dlc are workin they are all loaded and i did several play thrus now i cant even play logged in or not all my dlc's are now unauthorized...havin same issues with DA2 as well.....for 2 weeks now this has been a major problem and it aint my system thats the problem ive triple checked and had others check it as well......i doubt its a problem that will be fixed soon...but they will keep taken our money anyway.....

WTF? all my save games use the dlc I got with the game in the first place... so I can't play period... unless I want to start over. If you redeemed your dlc and enabled it, they shouldn't make you rely on their online verification for a SINGLE PLAYER GAME.

The DLC should be a one time authorization, having to re-authorize the content is forcing them to keep servers online 24/7 (can you say poor planning) If the issue wasn't resolved by today there maybe no fix in sight. My guess is that they may have to recover from a backup that may not be rocoverable, being in IT myself a quick fix takes 5 minutes a major f up takes 3-5 business days. And considering the size of data that their database is probably using I do not expect to have the DLC fixed at all. In fact I would expect that all of the profiles would get wiped and you will need to re-register your DLC. I can tell you that my DLC was working as of 4-7-11 (evening). I did try the FIX from EA and the updater service never refreshed my content. (Duh since it is having issues) but it made the support rep default to a re-install, which still didn't solve the issue, I requested the issue be escalated. we will see how far that goes...

I just purchased a few weeks ago, Witch Hunt and Leliana;s Song. I started playing Witch Hunt last night and now I can't get into it. And yes I have beat the game and Awakenings with Stone Prisoner and Return to Ostagar, why the problems now?

I've been reinstalling, reloading, manually starting etc, all yesterday to reauthorise my content until I saw in this thread that the servers were down. Imagine the pain I would have saved if I'd just never tried to log in in the first place...

I don't think I'll bother logging in on the main page again for a VERY long time.
