I've tried everything in guide and still having issues. Am admin, updater working and started etc etc
Lucky ring is only DLC to of successfully DLd.
I purchased the CE PC version so have 5 other things to DL Stone Prisoner included.
Shale and Wardens are the only 2 things showing available.
A major problem I forsee though is on avail content they are wanting 1200 points for Shale even though it is registered to my game.
System is Vista 64 bit.

As a side note I did set both the daorigins.exe and daupdater.exe set to run in administrator mode before doing this. Not sure if this made a difference on redownloading or not.

Go to the download directory that HemisH mentioned (should be in your [documents]\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Bioware\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Dragon Age folder), and look for a file that ends in ".dazip".
replace the .dazip file you found earlier with this new copy. Open it with your favourite zip utility to make sure it is not corrupt (if it opens, it's good, if not, try manually downloading it again).
Now that the file is in place, start up Dragon Age and check your DLC tab. It may say 0% for a couple of seconds, then jump to 100% and begin its normal extracting/installing process. You should (hopefully) be good to go
Is this in the addin folder? I'm not sure which download folder you're referring to........

You may need to dig down a few directories to locate it. It's a standard zip file. When I tried to open mine with 7zip, it said the file was corrupted. Make a note of the file name (easier to just copy the name into the clipboard). It will be something like DAO_PRC_PROMO_XXX_1.0.dazip. You're going to build a URL out of this file name and manually download the file.
Once the file has finished downloading, replace the .dazip file you found earlier with this new copy. Open it with your favourite zip utility to make sure it is not corrupt (if it opens, it's good, if not, try manually downloading it again).
Where is this download folder? Is it the add in folder? If so, I have two, so which one to use?

I guess I'm not the only one with a DLC-problem, but I wasn't able to download any DLC at all.
I purchased the DA:O Digital Deluxe Version from Direct2Drive.co.uk yesterday (I do live in Austria), because I wanted the english version.
Installation went fine, I also redeemed the codes for Dalish Promise Ring, Memory Band, Blood Armer, Warden's Keep and The Stone Prisoner - as well as The Lucky Stone and Embri's Many Pockets.
They also show up under "downloadable content" when starting the game.
But now I have my game up and running for 8 hours and still the progress is at 0 % (on all DLCs).
There is a red exclamation mark as long as there are some marked as "ready" - when i click on download it dissappears, although the required game version is still a red 1.0.
Don't know what to do. It sucks, when I have all these preorder etc. DLCs and can't use them - and don't know if this will change or not, since it doesn't do anything except showing me the download progress at 0 %.
I already deleted the Manifest.xml-file and also the DAUpdater-folder. Nothing changed.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Anyone who has even the slightest idea how to fix this? It's starting to get a bit depressing.

I have the service installed, but can't start it. Getting error msg 1053. I have My Documents on the default location (on my C-drive) but the game is installed on the D-drive (same physical disc though). Thinking about reinstalling the game on the same drive as MyDocs...
Same issue, have tried any and all trouble shooting tips. Including uninstalling/reinstalling the service. It won't turn on. Files are all on the same drive, so that can't be the issue.
Running Vista 64 bit.

Then it said that it can't find the daupdater.xml file.
Quite frustrating.

Indeed. The DLC files themselves are in :
My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\AddIns\\
Vista should be : c:\\Users\\YourUsername\\Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Addins\\

Gah forums are a mess! I should have free time this afternoon and read the backlog and hopefully the forum will be fixed.
Yeah, it really is a mess around here. Why is EA/Bioware having a social networking site still in BETA shoulder the weight of a major AAA title release? It makes no sense, IMO. If they had simply allowed direct access to the DLC rather than using such a roundabout method, there would be no problem.
*sigh* Please excuse me, I'm just a little irritated at this situation. Thank you for the work you're doing.

Exemple : Chabneruk with his DLC finally working beside ONE that isn't showing in Available Content, Download or Installed tabs. In his shoes I'd try 3.3.1 to force the game/service to redetect his DLC and if it doesn't work I would try to delete the Warden's Keep DLC itself if present (not in the guide as of yet. Wasn't really a need before today).
