OK HemisH I am having trouble with the stone prisoner, everything is downloaded, installed, and enabled. I have collected crystals even for him, but there is nothing new on my map? Am I missing something? have I not progressed far enough in the game(I am in the camp). my other download works fine. You help will greatly appreciated.

I had something similar with my Wardens Keep DLC it showed everywhere it was supposed to, in the game menus, on the website, yet it still failed to work. After reading the extensive information on this post i downloaded the file that was listed on this thread and then compaired the two DLC's folders contents and i noticed that the file in my documents did not look complete. I just copied the files into the my documents directory over writing the incomplete folder and its contents. I restarted the game and it works perfectly, and i am the proud owner of Wardens Keep. I think i am going to DL the rest of the DLC i am entitled to and hold these files on my own PC incase i have a problem in the furure. Thanks for the information HemisH and the work you put into figuring out what shoud have been the developers responsibility. This is why i waill always feel that reagardless of the market trends away from PC games as some companies are mistakenly following PC games and the gamers will always be the true gamers.

I searched through here and didn't see my issue (though I could've easily missed it). I downloaded the Soldier's Peak DLC with no problem. I then completed the DLC. Several hours later, I return to my campsite and Levi is there, asking me if I'm ready to go to Soldier's Peak. It is missing from my map. I had put things in the chest at Soldier's Peak before the DLC got reset. Have I lost these things?

Ok, so I have a problem with my DLC. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition from Steam and got my codes and everything. When the game was installed I started the game, clicked on "Downloadable Content" and then "Redeem Code". I want sent to this site where I entered my codes and the registrator said everything was successful. When I go back into the game and clikc on "Downloadable Content" nothing shows up, even after pressing the update button 20 times. It is 100% empty. See image below. No content is available to me, not even things you can purchase.

Does anyone have a solution to my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, so here is another post about DLC and that little thing that they doesn't work.
I have them installed and the game itslef showing that they are, but for some reason, nothing has changed on a map, i ain't got any new indicator or "x marks the spot" kinda thing. Both of them stone prisoner and wardens keep aren't on the map.

If any got had the same issue please give me an advice.

Wow, I thought I'm the only one with the problem... we all pretty much locked out of the game then? Such is irony when the one pirates the game can still play it sigh

I redeemed the DLC code before registering the game and it doesn't show up for download, telling me to buy it. How to fix?

Bought the game, installed it on my school computer and downloaded my DLC. Got to my home computer and installed it here too, but my DLC won't show up here, even though I'm using the same account as at my school (I can see both characters I've created and my unlocked achievements on both computers). Please don't tell me the content is only downloadable once, because that would be stupid.

The game does offer me to BUY my free DLC if I want to though..

Has nothing to do with pirating or copy protection. You need to update your MS Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable package, as the patch needs it, and youdon't have it installed. There's a couple threads here on these forums about it.

I played a dwarf noble and after I get thrown into the deep roads I lose all my items. I managed to fix this with switching it off and on and reloading the game doing so, however, the Memory band won't return, is there something else I can do?

i had a problem with the DLC not appearing as 'available for download' let alone 'ready for play' in game. it did come up as registered ok on the DAO social web site so i know my code was entered fine.

in my case i had moved my 'my documents' in windows to be on a network share (for convenience). restoring 'my documents' to say my second hard drive (d:) fixed the issue.

i can only assume that because the DAO Updater runs as LOCALSYSTEM it cannot see my network drive (z:); however it can see d: and so download succeeded

check to make sure you have not moved 'my documents' to someplace LOCALSYSTEM cannot access it like a network share.

It's a known bug and Bioware is working on it. (Losing all the DLC at that point)

Dude I love you, or at least as much as one can. To run these programs as administrator made magic for the DLC to appear and download!

Anyone got any idea why my computer freezes and goes to a black screen when I try to access the DLC content like The Stone Prisoner? I've reinstalled and allowed the game through the firewall and all that, still the same problem.

I did the exact same thing and might be a reason why the logs are  returning no entitlements (DLC).
(See my post on page 20)

BioWare needs to look into this exception as it may  well have been overlooked and is preventing us from getting our DLC.

Your log, for some reasons, is missing the critical piece of informations, usually before the rollback it states why it couldn't install. Or could you post the whole "install failed" message?

I've been following this thread for the past couple of days now, trying some of the fixes but still not getting anywhere.

I've got the Deluze version and have redeemed my codes for the armour, stone prisoner and the 3 ingame items. These are all showing on my registered promotions page (only as icons, no text and I'm assuming this is correct).

However in game only the wardens keep and stone prisoner are available to me and they require points. There's nothing in the download tab and only the lucky stone in the installed tab.

I'm running XP and I've had no errors at all or any problems running the service.

Would really appreciate some advice on this.

If you use the same account informations to log on this site and in the game and you see DLC that are registered under your name (http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php) in the Available Content... Then you don't really have a choice but to contact Bioware/EA because it seems your account has troubles that I doubt very much anyone around here could fix.

This is an ongoing issue... You could try checking other threads. Some people had limited success at uninstalling and reinstalling only that particuliar DLC. Other than that it might be a game bug and not really the fault of the DLC themselves.

Hmm that's weird, you could always try reinstalling that one DLC but I'm not sure that at this point it's the DLC itself following your progress, more like the main game and the savefiles.

Sorry I can't be much help with that. I'm not even far enough in the game to see Levi I think( I went to camp once but I think I have to exit Lotherings first. I'm on the human noble origin).

You somehow managed to miss the whole first post...

This is the issue that started this thread, it then grew to a monster size with all the related issues.

Start with 2.1 to make sure items are linked to your account.

Check 0.1.1 after that.
