Ok I have tried everything under the sun to get Wardens Keep to work.

Here is the problem:
Levi is not in my camp.
My quest log shows the quest and says to talk to him in the camp.

What I have tried:
Un-enabled it. Force started. Saved a separate file. Re-enabled it and still no Levi.
Copied the DLC, deleted it. Downloaded the one from this thread. Added it in to the DLC after unzipping it. Still no Levi but still in my quest log.

Has anyone here had this problem or knows how to fix it?

Lazarus, I had Levi in my camp before even downloading the Warden's Keep DLC.  I got the impression that you had installed Warden's Keep and were expecting Levi to appear afterwards...he should be there from the first time you enter camp--I have only played midway into the game thus far and he was there my first visit to camp.  Maybe your problem is more than just DLC-related.

I installed the Steam Deluxe version, then uninstalled it and installed the standard version on a disc. Several of my bonus items were "unauthorized," so I uninstalled and reinstalled the Steam version. Then I had nothing in any of the tabs, so I used your fix and it worked.



Now I'm wondering if I could have used your fix to solve my original problem. Do you think I could, thereby using my deluxe items with the standard edition (so I don't have to log in to Steam)?

funny how I havent got a single problem since I uninstall and installed again ... without the patch, 1.00 I havent got a single crash or any problem with DLC ..... JUST curious, most of you who had problems, are using the 1.01 patch?

I'm not using steam so how can I tell if it's updated or not?

Levi for the Warden's Keep wasn't showing up before the update. I wish that would fix this.

I got my DLCs only running this way:

• Manually download all DLCs for which I have the rights for.
• Manually install the downloaded DLCs via daupdater.exe.
• Start the Game-EXE as Administrator (I use Vista64). Only by doing this the DLCs were recognized as authorized.
  The first two tabs still show nothing. So buying new DLCs is not possible until a fix shows up.

I liked the way they did it with Pinnacle Station for Mass Effect much more. Although you have a time limit for redownloads. And why? The reason is you could easily backup the DLC-EXE und write its CD key up from the game's menue.

If you are having problems with Unauthorized and Content still showing to be purchased, even though your account has access to it. And it is showed as installed..

worked for me.



I purchased Wardens keep, and it used 560 points. But was still showing for purchase and Unauthorized on the Installed Tab.

No its showing that I have it downloaded with the rest of my DLC the problem is when i go to the camp Levi isn't even there. The quest is in my log but he has never been there.

I reedeemed a code for Bergen's Honor..and the other 2 items and the download that showed up is the Wardens Keep, which I have not ordered. The game DLC window is telling me I do not have any points and refreashing does change what I am showing as downloadable content. Per the redemption rules the code is no longer valid. I was not able to post an e-mail on your "contact us" page in trouble shooting as the page would show a box to type in info, but when I answered the security question about showing all content on the page the dialogue box disappeared. What do I do?

Problem I am having is the lack of a map marker for The Stone Prisoner. I have the Collector's Edition (pre-ordered) and the additional three items work fine, however when I finally got The Stone Prisoner downloaded/installed early this morning it has yet to work beyond obtaining the Control Rod from the merchant in the pass. He gives me the rod and then disappears. When I leave the area there is no map marker and once I'm gone the pass is gone as well.



The only internet I can get out where I live is dial-up, so a few times the download ‘failed’ through loss of connection and I had to ‘retry’ it, but it always started off at the percentage completed it left off at. Not sure if this could be part of the problem or not.



Honestly don’t have the time to read through all the pages here and couldn’t find anything on the first so if there have already been solutions to this could someone put up a link for it? Starting to get very annoyed with this…

So, I downloaded the Blood Dragon Armor and it looks like some of my textures for the chest piece are screwed up. The chest area is just a black texture. Any suggestions?

This is a very common problem, no one knows how to fix it yet. I have seen many different supposed "solutions" to this on the bioware forums, none have worked for me. I've also contacted the Dragon Age support site and have been waiting almost 2 days now for an answer (with their "guaranteed" 24 hr response time...). There is a large thread on this problem and various solutions some people have come up with here: http://daforums.biow...02604&forum=146

Be warned though, some of these could potentially screw stuff up from what some of the posts say.

Tried to get the DLC, and it say @ 0% Progress for two hours.....................Now I don't see an option to restart the DL, it wants me to purchase the points again when they are already spent...........



Any suggestions from anyone here?

Ayyy! que rollo con las DLC, bueno a ver, yo lo consigo descargar pero solo consigo jugar con las DLC activas si estoy deslogueado, si me logueo con mi cuenta me dice que no tengo acceso con esa cuenta, solo me funcionana si estoy deslogueado, ya he probado de todo.
