working!!! i suggest someone from EA or Microsoft or STEAM or whatever be bloody punished and FORMAT THE STICKY INTO SOMETHING READABLE WITH BBCODE..damnit..enough with people posting c://////windows//////steam///// etc
The / doubles or adds another one each time you edit the first post, so I always have to remove them before reposting. I checked the forum FAQ for the supported BBCode and I didn't see anything for better formatting. This thread wasn't started by anyone official. I'm just a player like you.

I just recently got the not authorized thing popping up on half my DLC. Couldn't load my saved games because of it
Followed step 3.2.4 to uninstall and reinstall the updater service and now everything seems to working fine.

HemisH you heard anything on Levi missing yet? I have been looking around while I wait for EA to get back to me.
I've seen lots of people mentioning it on other threads or people with working DLC that are suddenly Not Authorized. Unfortunately for you guys I didn't get any of those issues (yet?) so beside a few obvious things I mentioned in the last pages and what others did to resolve their issues... I'm a bit at a loss.
I followed some of the other threads on the subjects and people come up with solutions that worked for their computer but a line of people answer that it didn't help them in their case. So yeah it's pretty weird.

I do have one question though. If I delete everything will it allow me to re-download my DLC?

What a great game, although you can blame E.A for a lot of the trouble Bioware did make the decision to work with them. It takes two to tango. As annoyed as I am and a lot of other people are the D.L.C content does not add much to the game so I just will ignore the problem for the time being. If you must blame somebody blame pirates who will end the P.C platform for games soon. Thanks for any

If you are having trouble with content you are entitled to still being listed as requiring purchase follow the link in the troubleshooting guide to technical support, select the chat option, wait to be connected and then they credit the item to your account.
I had this problem and am now downloading the relevant adventure."
Can someone direct me to that technical support chat? I tried to search for it on google also, but all I found it this forum post.

In the Stone Prisoner quest, the Village Of Honnleath doesn't appear in the map for me:
I go to Sulcher, talk to Fenix who give me the quest item to control the golem and tells me that he's going to mark me in the map the location of the Honnleath village, but... when he leaves and the village doesn't appear in my map.
It happend to me yesterday. Today, I've loaded and old save (half throught the Warden's Keep quest), played for an hour to go to the same place I was yesterday... and happend the same again. I don't know if it's a bug or something I'm doing wrong.
I have the DVD collector's edition, Windows 7 x64, executing the game as administrator and correctly conected with my account.
My brother has the Steam's Deluxe Edition, but he hasn't tryed The Stone Prisoner quest yet.

After reading the first post it's clear my problem is that I'm unable to start the service. I've tried to change the user launching the service and reinstalling it following the instructions of the first post to no avail. When the service try to start as Local System or Local Services I get a timeout error and when I try to start it as Administrator I get a 1069 error.
I downloaded and installed manually the bonus content I should have access but without the service running they are marked as unauthorized. I'm on Vista x64.
Any suggestions?

I posted this same issue yesterday. Since then I have found what the issue was for me, it might apply for you. I use stardock's impulse as the means I bought the digital download and it also manages keys and updates. Used it for a lot of products just fine. But at first if I asked what is my registration, I got only the game registration. Nowhere could I find the keys for the DLC. Not in my order email, not in my registration, etc. Well today, instead of running DragonAge from the startup menu....I ran in by chosing run in impulse [You can do this for any game you buy through impulse..but you don't have to, I never do. I run it like most people do for any app, from the start menu or desktop].MendiolaPC wrote...
I bought the Deluxe Digital Edition on Friday, and I introduced the game-key in EA Download Manager for my EA/Bioware account. EA Download Manager has installed the game and I can play without problems, but I haven't received the codes for the DLC.
Who sends the codes?
How long they take in sending them?
Somebody know with whom I can contact to see if there are problems?
Thank you very much!
When you run Dragon Age from Impulse, you get a dialog box that pops up everytime with your DLC key! [and your game key]. The DLC key worked just fine in game, and I am at this moment finishing downlading th additional content.
Hope this helps you.

Im seeing similar issues about Honnleath not showing up on there maps, but Sulcher isn't on my map at all, is there something i have to do first to get that to show up?
I've installed everything and in game i check what DLC is enabled and it's all enabled, i have the lucky stone and blood dragon armour, heck i'm even getting Shale's crystals to upgrade him, but still nothing. I've searched the map, spoken to every NPC i can in every place i can still go and still nothing. Anyone having a similar issue? know of a fix?
Some things to note: I'm still on v1.0 and i had to directly download the .dazip files first.
