I am able to manually unzip the dazip files, but do not know where to put them. I thought they went in the packages\\addins folder, but they still are trying to install in the game. Any thoughts?

You
were able to uninstall and reinstall the service without problems and
you get the timed out? Please check the first edited post I just
did and check if the uninstalling/installing (in more details this time
around) helps you. Also it would be helpful if you could do it with the
CMD method so you will see what windows tells you when you try to uninstall it and install it.

I'm completely stuck on what to do next.



I've been able to successfully download all the DLC stuff but it always gets stuck when it's in the "extracting..." process of one of the DLC. I've waited for over an hour and I'm pretty sure it shouldn't take so bloody long for one of the smaller DLC packages to extract/install.



Oddly enough, I've yet to find a manifest.xml file to delete and my My Documents stuff is in my C: drive while the game's installed in my D: drive. Anyone have any ideas I could try to fix this? :/

Nope. Just closed the program and went to bed with the computer still going. Double-clicked it when I was getting ready for work with my unrealistic hope that it'd magically work now.....and it did! I'm guessing the service just didn't start up on the initial play-through for some reason, but I did notice it starting up this morning at the least.

It's still not uploading what I've done with my character on the site automatically for some reason while the achievements do so in record time and I can't guarantee I can even actually access the content as I'm at work now, but one step at a time!

Doesnt help with the ps3 issues and redeemed keys. Ticket into Ea they say its an issue and working to correct it.

What is your issue now after checking the first post? Did you get error messages somewhere, etc..?

Is it from Steam? Steam will show you the cd-keys when you visit the Games tab and right click Dragon Age. You should see View CD Keys in the menu.

I'm not familiar with the other digital distributors. Maybe tell us where you bought it so other users could talk about their experience with this.
