1) Manually delete DLCs
2) Load latest save which doesn't have DLC character or place in it, this includes the camp. It will ask you whether you want to force load, do this.
3) Make a new save and call it "Bioware are sell outs"
4) Now uninstall the game (do NOT delete your saves, it gives you the option)
5) Re-install
6) Make sure all DLC is re-dowloaded, follow the steps given on page 1 of this thread
6) Load the honestly named save
7) Go to camp. Levi should be there.
This worked for me, however, for some strange reasons, I can only have one DLC working at once. If Soldiers peak works, Stone prisoner won't, and vice versa. Amazing...
Bioware, I'm off to play Operation Flashpoint, let me know when you fix this so I can continue my game.

This also reset the Warden's Peak quest, causing the guy to reappear at camp. Am I going to have to go through the DLC quests again to get back what I lost, or is mine basically screwed?

Jason sent me that link when I had the exact same problem, fixed my issue and should fix yours. Just download the file, clean out everything, restart the computer when prompted, and reinstall .NET 2.0 SP2 from the CD. You will need to reinstall the other .NET's also.

Well the way I did it was that I reset the service first back to Manual and with local log in, to make sure nothing caused any issues, then I ran the program, cleaned ALL the .Net's out, reset my computer, then ran the setup for .Net 2.0 from the Dragon Age disk. Then I ran the game, logged in, and it worked. I didn't try manually starting the service because it may cause issues.

Wow - such a terrible problem. If they are going to charge us £5 for an extra hour or two of game time, they could at least get it right!
My problem seems to be unfixable!!!
Have all DLC's installed.
Soldiers Peak has dissapered, and Shale is bugged to hell (when you talk to him it seems to think your back in the village trying to activiate him and everything disappears)
Tried uninstalling and force loading (to no avail). Tried starting the DLCupdater (to no avail) and tried reinstalling the whole game (...you guessed it)
Therefore I'm pretty pissed off...
Any word of a fix/refunds Bioware??
I'm having the same issue this guy is having. I haven't talked to Shale since I heard about that bug, but suddenly Warden's Keep disappeared which in turn made me lose some of my really high end equipment I had stashed plus my super awesome sword. I dont' want to reinstall the DLC, I hope Bioware puts out a patch soon to fix these pretty big bugs!!!
Forgot to add I'm running:
Win 7 64 Ultimate
retail copy

I have a strange problem with my dwl content.
I have both the Blood Dragon Armor, and the Stone Prisioner available when playing offline, but when I try to play logged I get an error about the Stone Prisioner not beeing available.
I log in with the same account I use on this site, and I have both dwl available on the registered game promotions page.
Is there something I can do to play looged in and with the content I have, or do I have to play offline to experience the game?
I have all the achivements I got uploaded to the site, but my character is still lvl 6... when I try to log and upload my character, I get an error saying the dwl is not available on my account...

I wasn't getting the 1053 error, but I was definitely having trouble with .NET 2.0. Thanks to this solution, I appear to be up and running again. Thanks a bunch

Did anyone manage to fix this? (the steps in the thread are not working for me)

I also have a huge thread for DLC issues, but not like yours. Mine focuses on people who have fixed their DLCs but have corrupt saved games. I focus on helping the fix those issues with in game scripting, plot flag and other changes to help repair or work around those issues
http://social.biowar...275974/3#285098 is my thread.
I'm also working on a tool that people can tell the tool they have problems with certain corrupt DLC info in their save files and it will go in and repair them (I have the tool up in the projects area - but it's in the coding stage and not ready for public use yet)

And people keep asking themselves why others pirate games?
Edit: I managed to activate all DLC's again apart from Shale (the golem)....
Final edit: I can't activate Shale, Warden's Keep is there on the map but the Stone Prisoner quest giver doesn't appear on the map. Strangely I seem to receive items for Shale...but now I won't be able to use them. Why isn't there a fix for these problems yet? Seriously...

The problem for me is that I find it almost impossible to get this DLC to show up and when it does it fails to download ((and yes I've done all the tricks for getting DLCs downloaded))... so my only real chance is a manual download and install via the DAUpdater utility.
