I found it on http://www.microsoft...19-81da479ab0d7

Hello, I preordered the CE version of the game, installed it and it worked without any problems, all my DLC showed up in game.
Yesterday I upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7, but before I upgraded I uninstalled my game from my PC, choosing to keep my saved games.
I installed my new OS, installed the game again and copied my saved games folder after installing the game.
When I started the game the first time none of the DLC showed up, I logged in to my account expecting to have to download everything again, but still nothing showed up.
I had a backup from the entire Documents\\\\Bioware\\\\Dragon Age folder from a couple weeks ago, I overwrote these folders onto my new Dragon Age folder and entered the game, the DLC showed up but three items (the stone prisoner and two of the items included with the CE) showed up as unauthorized content.
I logged out and logged in again, making sure I was using the correct account to no avail, I tried unregistering the game from your social website and registered it again using my CD key, entered the game but the DLC is still blocked.
I can access my saved game if I'm logged out, but then I have no access to my online profile.
Every single time I make sure I log in to my account with the original email address, and password I used to register the game when I bought it and redeemed my codes, why is my content still blocked?
Can you please tell me what to do, I only want to be able to play my game with all the features I had access before, but I can't.
Thank you for your help, hope to hear from you soon.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I contacted you 72 hours ago, about not being able to access my DLC in Dragon Age, I have waited over 3 days for a response when I received an email stating the following:
"Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within 24 hours."
Now, I have been very patient, even though I'm a legitimate user of your software, and have been denied access to features that were included in the package I paid for.
I still have no access to any features, and have been forced to play while logged out, because as soon as I log in I cannot use any of my saved games, as if I have stolen this DLC or something.
I have been patiently waiting for an answer to my problem, and all I get in my mail after almost 3 days is this:
"This is War & New Ostagar Expansion!"
An add for more paid DLC??? When even the DLC included in the game doesn't work and I'm treated as if I have illegally acquired it??? This is beyond belief....
I'm really disappointed, this is the second time I contact you, I paid for your software, and now I can't fully use it, and yet you send this spam to my mail?
I expect a reply to this issue soon.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It's been 6 days since I contacted you, and still no response.
Do you even care about your costumers?
This is the last time I'm contacting you.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So far no answer from ea or bioware support, do they even care? has anyone else suffered the same issue? I've tried everything in this thread and still no DLC when logged in.
I've given up on Bioware support, can we look for any other avenues to make these people care about their broken game?
This is so frustrating, don't take me wrong, I love DA:O, but quite frankly they dropped the ball big time on the DLC.
Need some help please.

I tried logging out and then back in and the "unauthorized" tag disappeared from my DLC, but as soon as I tried to load my game save it gave me the same message and when I went back into the DLC page it said unauthorized again.
WTF yo?

First I made a copy of the folders: Characters, Pre-release Characters and Screenshots, found in the folder \\\\\\\\My Documents\\\\\\\\Bioware\\\\\\\\Dragon Age, as a backup. **THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, IF YOU DON'T DO THIS YOU'LL LOSE ALL YOUR SAVED PROGRESS** after restoring your game you may rid of this backup if you want.
Then I removed my CD key registration from this very website.
After wards I entered the configuration utility in the DA:O start menu, and cleared my downloads cache, then I uninstalled the game, all of it, saved games and settings included, I was able to do this because, as I mentioned before, I had a backup of all my important game files.
I restarted my system, then I installed the game once again, as if it was the first time, entering my CD key and installing to a brand new directory.
After installing the game I opened my DA:O online profile on a web browser before entering the game, then I registered my CD key once again.
I entered the game, logged into my online profile, crossed my fingers and, voilà! all my downloadable content was available for download once more! I started downloading everything back again, and after I was done, I exited the game and I proceeded to copy the folders I had in my backup with my saved games and whatnot.
I can now play while logged into my online profile once again, while having access to all my DLC! As I mentioned before, this is what worked for me, I dunno if you need to follow every single step, and I dunno if this'll work for everyone that has the "Unauthorized content" problem, I also am not reponsible in any way if you lose any due due to not taking the steps to backup your data.
I just wanted to share this with you guys, if you have the same problem, and this works for you as well, just let me know

* Use 3.2.1 to locate the service, double-click it. Select the TAB Log On. Instead of "Local System Account" select "This account" and type in your windows Vista or 7 administrative account along with the password twice.
* Reinstall the service with 3.2.4.
* Install the .Net Framework updates from Windows Update or Microsoft Update. (Start menu, Windows Update or Microsoft Update)
what is the service 3.1.2??

OK, I fixed my problem, dunno if this will work for everyone, and maybe it's not necessary to follow all these steps, but I'll just let you know exactly what I did:

I had exactly the same problem as you, but tracked it down to the Updater not starting automatically. I tried to tell this to support but they just tell me to make sure I'm using the same profile I registered the content with.
The easiest way however is to play logged out. While logged out all your downloaded DLC is enabled.

Those numbers are the sections of the FAQ you should check.

I was so PO'd believe me... I am so sick of games being released that do not work or are bugged to the point of futile operator rage.... and of course the game companies can or will do nothing to mollify their patrons... what's next, are they going to farm out the entire industry to Turdistan?

* http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php correctly reports that I have the Collector's Edition.
* Available Content tab from inside the game still lists Warden's Keep.
* Nothing showing up in Downloading tab.
* No red exclamation point anywhere.
* 0.1.9 seems applicable, but I see no "chat" option on any of the official tech pages. Please give me a specific link.
* The official tech pages only talk about what to do when you have the red exclamation point, but I never had one.
* Cleared my download cache; no change.
* Verified the DA:O service is running in services.msc
Running 64-bit Windows 7 Pro.
I've run out of ideas. Could someone suggest something? Thanks.

However, http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php does show that I have Stone Prisoner.
So the Collector's Edition now has Stone Prisoner instead of Warden's Keep?

EDIT: I'VE MANAGED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND NOW ALL THE DLCs ARE WORKING GREAT!
Guide:
1. Manual uninstall Dragon Age.
2. Reboot
3. Install Dragon Age
4. Reboot
5. Turning on the Dragon Age Service (if didn't work for me, so I've reinstalled this service and set it to log as my Windows account [with admin rights])
Hope it helps
