I just checked registered content and it gave me all of this dragon age II stuff. WHY!?!?! None of my content it says is there but on the game its all enabled but wont work... this is extremely frustrating.  I checked and even though its under installed it says its "unauthorized" im confused because I used the code that was in the box. It installed all the content so shouldnt it be authorized? What can I do to make it authorized even though I already put the code in.

Hey! I have an issue with my redeem code as well. I redeemed it during the installation of the game, however no confirmation email came to my email account (i created the account specifically for the game). So I could not login with the email (could have been a typo with the email). So i registered the account again on the email properly, but obviously could not redeem the code again.

However, I managed to find my previous account via the website. However, I can't manage to find the email on which the account was registered.

Any ideas or advice? Who I can contact on the issue? Because the accounts and display names are identical (the passwords are the same), both registered within an hour, so I may be able to prove that I am the owner of both accounts (just a bit stupid ;) ).

For the first time, I'm also struggling with my Dragon Age installation. Yesterday, I was unable to connect to the DAO-Servers at all, login always threw up with an error message. Today I could at least log in, but now I have the "Nothing's showing up in any of the three tabs"-Problem. Linked to my account are the Stone Prisoner and the Blooddragon-Armor.
The Updater Service is up and running, switching firewall (in which everything DAO-related is permitted) on and off does absolutely nothing. I'm running the game as administrator, I've reinstalled the service aaaand... I'm fresh out of ideas. Help please? :-/

Same here. Nothing helps. Passed the issue to techmarines but I don't think it'll be resolved soon that way...

UPD: Contacted support through live chat, they have some issues with DAO servers atm, and of course it'll be fixed asap. We have to wait.

We own 2 copies DAO Ultimate, and yet again our content has become non-functional...Did live chat thing with EA Tech, same old drag-and-drop answers that actually do nothing to address the problem...Good luck everyone, hope they get it fixed (yet again)

First time using steam downloaded the DAO:ultimate edition. At first just played the game without content not realizing I was missing anything.

Then installed the dragon armor and saw it on my character, but recognized the dragon armor was the only DLC I was able to download and everything else is in the "installed" section and the "available" section. When in the "installed" section everything shows up, check marked (enabled), but is (unauthorized). I've logged out and relogged multiple times. I've also registered my game and redeemed the content with the code given by steam and under my registered game content I have everything showing.

Completely at a loss how to get any of the content working. Also a major issue for me is that about 50% of the time I start DAO it will have the dragon armor unauthorized and I won't be able to continue or load my game and the other 1/2 the time it's authorized and will let me play.

Maybe it's just me, but I think we SHOULD be able to play our game whenever we want...Once our content is properly installed and properly authorized, why do we HAVE to log into their servers in order to play? After all, we own the game, we own the content, so why all these silly issues? It's not as if the content is only on the servers, it's taking up 30.1 gig on my comp, so really, logging into servers SHOULD be a non-issue- But maybe I'm missing the whole point of PURCHASING a game. Any opinions?

Just noticed that when under the installed content with everything "enabled" yet (unauthorized) and having dragon armor issues that if I log out it makes the dragon armor authorized and when I log in it makes it so I won't be able to play my game...cute...

Are the servers still causing issues?  I've been trying since about 7pm my time (11pm now) and still get Unauthorized DLC messages :(

Up until now I've been really happy with how the DLC's work, but this is a joke if you can't play with what you've purchased because of a problem at their end. Bleh.

Good point, Dragon...Someone forgot to inform our game installs of that little item though =). The REALLY funny part of this whole snafu is that it isn't even a long weekend!

DLC Unauthorized issues here as well. So much for burning a few hours playing a game I PAYED for. My torrenting friends will get a good laugh when I tell them about this. Starting to lean in their direction...
