 What are the factors that affect Wynne's epilogue? Like what if I want her to stay as a mage advisor?

If you want to see her epilogue card, you have to die and what happens with her depends on whether she's friendly or not. For her final talk if you are alive, her plans are based on whether Shale is friendly and then whether the mage boon was flagged. If neither of those criteria are met, then she'll stay on as adviser.

Now, if you want to see her mage boon response, since Alistair granting it doesn't get flagged, either you have to use a mod which fixes it, or Anora has to be the one to grant the boon.
