Pretty much the title.
I was playing as the Turian Soldier the other day, and I was having trouble with the Banshees because when I fired my weapon, I started moving as slowly as if I was aiming down the sights (I was hipfiring)
I did the same with the Havoc, and that was not the case.  Moving full walking speed and ripping things apart.
I also do not remember this happening to my Destroyer.

I want to know, who does this happen to?  Does it only happen to the Turian Soldier, or is it common amongst everybody.
Either way, I do not believe it should happen to the TSo.  He is not stagger resistant, relatively squishy for a class that cannot dodge, and is just too slow.
