I mean with somewhere near 20 books, 9 games, 5 animes, and 4 mangas, most of which is only available in Japanese it really hard to keep track of .Hack overall story.

SAO is much easier to get in to, but I don't think they are going to translate the SAO Novels either which is a shame because I would like to read them.


The series is loosely based on the light novels, you could always try and pick them up? :)

The SAO light novels have been translated to english?:huh: When did this happen?

Where would I even find the SAO novels? I feel like I could convince my folks to get 'em if they knew it was helping my reading habits (which are almost completely non-existent.)

I'm not sure where you can buy the hard copies but we could try finding online copies? (EDIT: Found it, I think!)

 I just read the rules and couldn't find anything about posting links to offsite websites, so here you go guys~ For anyone who wants to read them The Sword Art Online Light Novels, starting at volume 1! They're still translating but it's a start. They've gotten pretty far :D

I'm torn! I really want to read it in it's original form and more importantly - find out what happens!! At the same time I don't want to spoil the anime for myself. lol.

Read along with the episodes. That's what I'm thinking of doing. That way, anything the show left out, we'll know about, but we wont spoil anything.

The books are gonna basically give us more info on the stuff we already know.

So... How's everyone feel about the fairy thing?

Honestly, there's a lot of stuff about it I don't mind, but Kirito's hair is gonna take some getting used to. I liked how the bangs hung down in front of his face. I'm gonna miss the coat too.

I love the elf ears and the wings! I think experiencing the power of flight in a game like that would just be mind blowing too

Well, it is essentially YOU flying. That'd be really amazing.

I can imagine how Kirito feels. Being back in a game he was stuck in for 2 years. It's gotta feel like coming home after a 2 month vacation.

I really hope Asuna turns out okay though. Since this isn't one of those anime that relies heavily on dark depressing themes, I can't imagine she'll actually get married to that f*ck, but that doesn't keep me from worrying nonetheless...

Lol, go ahead. I'll just try to be cautious with what I read. I'm an expert at that.

How would you guys feel about me making an online shared folder on dropbox with all the episodes in it for you to download and watch if you wanted to? I could update it weekly?

Depends on how long it'd take to download honestly, but it can't be too bad. I suppose I wouldn't object to the idea.

Shouldn't take too long, they're about 500mb each and 1080p quality. That way you wouldn't have to wait a week as well to see the most recent episodes. Anyone who would be interested can feel free to PM me their email address :)
