I've been having computer issues lately, and I've had to reformat a few times to try and fix my problem.

Each time, I've had to re-download the entire 7.8GB game from the EA Download Manager.

My question is, does this download manager SAVE the download file anywhere? I'm getting fed up of having to wait 3 hours every time I want to install the game. Is there a zip file or exe file that I can just backup to an external hard drive?

Hmm... Thanks for the info. I tried backing up the file found in the EADM folder, but it didn't save the installation file for the game. It just brought up the EADM program again and asked me to download it... (again). /sigh.



I'm tempted to just say to heck with it and go buy a DVD copy. The electronic download is irritating. I can't save an exe file for the game? wtf
