I created characters in game, and they have uploaded onto this site but without their picture.  Only the info about them is here.  Does anyone know why this happened or what I can do to get their pictures on this site as well.  Thanks for any help.

There have been numerous issues with the whole auto-upload function since the game was released no doubt in large part due to the exceedingly high volume of users (higher than even the most optomistic expectations of the site designers). The function is apparently still very much a work in progress and likely to remain so for some time.

I'm experiencing the same problem. One of my characters is 22 and the site still shows his gear from like, level 7? In addition I started a new character and her picture won't show at all. I submitted a message at help.dragonage.com/ about this matter but I am assuming they won't reply until the end of the holidays.

hay at least you have characters on the site. I have had the game since the day it came out and have yet for a single character to get uploaded to my online acount.
