In short, I'm trying to make a large modification to the game, to improve whatever it's possible to prove and to add whatever seems right and is of quality. This project is not meant to actually change the main plot -merely improve where it can. This also including merging many smaller mods for other people (with approval f'course), creating new content, etc..
Now, I have 10 years of modding experience and I have worked on large mods, sometimes alone, so I'm no stranger to this. However, since I am short on time latetly and want to see this done in this century, I'll welecome any help.
I'll make a list of changes I'd like to make and I'll certanly try to implement as much as I can.
If anyone has any suggestions of what else can be changed, in what way, or comments in general - ask away. I accept all ideas - NPCs, quests and even new party emembers. (all within reason, naturaly)
LOOKING FOR: Writers, area/level designers...well, any help is welecome
The list is as follows:
IN PROGRESS:
- Ancinent ruins area (with some chalenges and custom items) - 50% complete
- Improved Trailer Armor for Leliana (new item, doesn't owerwrite anything) - 70% complete
- new sword models and textures - 30% complete
- changed Alistair hardening lines, so one doens't sound like a douche, but rather reasonable (complete)
- some new items
- possibly allowing Iona to escape (she joins you as a temp party member during highever and you ca meet her in Denerim again) - 90%
- To Randon Howe: Hello.l I'm [charname], you killed my father, prepare to die! (100%)
- talking Shiani into taking care of Amethyne (Ionas daughter...if Iona dies) - 50%
- new recruitable character. An elven mage in the Circle Tower -20%
PLANNED:
- Option at the Anvil of the Void to talk Caridin into returning to Orzamarr.
- recruitable Jowan (invoke the Right of Conscription)
- a recruitable rogue (Lily or Leske..I'm open to suggestions)
- recruitable Cullen (not that we need another fighter...)
- epilogue for dog
- option to throw Loghain in jail
- option to leave Loghains fate up to the Landsmeet (executed if he attacks the landsmeet, thrown in jail otherwise)
- option to spit in Loghains face before beheading him, if city elf.
- expose Loghains betraly at Ostagar, with smart conversation options (and there's enough lines to cobble together a VO for it from Loghain and AL's usual talk)
- option to kill Morrigan (either selling her out to the templars or killing her when she makes the deal)
- telling the Templars Flemeths location (and they kill her for you)
- weapons scale fix
- no armor drops (makes no sense. If the enemy dies, you breached his armor)
- better/smarter loot distribution
- new items icons and longer/better items descriptions(icons mod takes care of the icons, better descriptions are still needed. Purely for the feel)
- changing party positions when conversations turns into an obvious
battle. I hate it when you know (ar assume) there's gonna be blood,
position your party and when you initiate (and end) the discussion,
your party is groupd nice and tight - perfect for the enemy. Basicly
change their position after the convo ends to something more sensible.
- less wolf attacks
- Abominations. Not thertening enough. Everyone fears them, but you
kill them easily. Editing the Circle tower so there's less of them, but
bumping their power.
- Templar boots to drop in the tower
- lowering the party select screen acess restrictions in most areas. It's not fun to have to run trough 3 areas just to change a party member.
- option to skip the Fade sequence
- Al in Denerim during the end battle if you spare Loghian and he storms off.

Attribute and leveling changes
- max attribute value set to 20
- changed starting bonuses for races and classes
- 1 attribute point gained per 4 levels
- no HP increase per levelup
- 200 HP on start (warrior. Other classes changed accordingly)
- constitution adds to stamina and slightly to mana
- spells and talents modified accordingly ( 4 times stronger, since the attribute bonus is 4 times smaller)
- attribute requirements are pretty much the same for all materials
