Just throwing my name in the hat of the many people having DLC issues.

1. I can't log into to purchase points, says my password is invalid
2. Where do I even buy the Warden's Keep DLC?
3. I inputted all of the various collector's edition and pre-order codes, and got confirmation messages for all of them, but then in game nothing shows up on my DLC in any section. 

Overall the game is great though, just wish I could get the full experience I paid for.

Same, on reinstall. Worked fine in first install. Install on fresh drive equals blank DLC menu.

hey i have the game for 360, put in the code for the armor and it worked on my first try. I tried the code for Shale and it keeps saying its invalid, brand new game.. what should i do?

I seem to have the same problem. Purchased the pc version of dragonage. I filled in the redeem codes for "Shale" and "Blood Dragon Armor". Got confirmation messages as well. But ingame no sign of downloadable content. I read very much complains about this on internet. But there seems no clear solution to this problem. Can anyone help please?

i have 560 points for wardens keep but when i get on the page it wont allow me to add them to the DLC

Hmm strange, i haven't bought points yet. I only filled in the free codes. However, i see also the available download of wardens keep in my DLC screen.

Hey, I'm having the same problem where I've entered in the code for Shale and it keeps saying that it's invalid. My game's brand new, so I didn't know what to do. I'm going to try to take the advice the SpaceElf suggested

But I'm not sure how to find the directory  dragon age origins/bin_ship/daoupdate.exe on my computer, so I can't even try to execute the update. I've entered a search for it on my computer and gone through the folders that I know contain Dragon Age info but I can't find it. Help?

I had this until just recent when the game began to download the DLC's, happy days I thought I set of and played for like 10 hours played on some of the DLC including the double pack with the Prank stuff that I bought the same day and installed going back into the game played like 30 mins remembered i needed to sleep, started the game up the next day all the downloads says they are unauthorized, So a fair warning save copies of your savegames before you start trying out the DLC's
