I personally would love to be able to use the toolkit, customization is one of the things I love most about games, however, I personally only have the XBox 360 version of Dragon Age: Origins, and I would love to be able to create content for it. So this is my suggestion - Some kind of file exchange, whereby you can exchange certain files between your account and Dragon Age: Origins. In order to 'suppress' the amount of files sent, they could make this into DLC, costing money. Considering what you can do with this Content Editor, a high price would be easily worth it, the problem with a high price, is the fact bioware focuses highly on community support, which a high price would minimise. Obviously, this would require a file-size limit, which could restrict larger community content, so why not use some method to make sure code can be "deconstructed" and "reconstructed" as it travels from the PC, to the internet, to the console? (Should they choose to use this method) This suggestion would also stop the amount of people complaining for more DLC (and would encourage more people to buy dragon age, or work at bioware).

Opinions, comments or additional suggestions?

What you've proposed is completely infeasible considering the process involved in publishing DLC for Live and PSN. If customization means that much to you, then getting the game for the PC is the only solution.
