 I am trying to re-install my Ulitmate Edition of Dragon Age Origin. ( I had to wipe my computer, and am reinstalling a few games.)  However, I get to the 'enter your game registration code' screen, and instead of giving me a box to enter the code it freezes up and goes gray. What's going on?
